Quartier esplanade Rue Rome Palerme Idéal cour séjour. #PARKING OFFERT SUR PLACE # Situé près de toute les commodités et super proche du centre ville. Parlement européen, conseil de l'Europe, droit de l'homme, cité administrative sont super proche. Le quartier de la Krutenau ( bar, restaurant ...) Se trouve à 200 mètre. Enjoy a charming apartment in the heart of Obernai’s historic center, offering stunning views of the belfry, the tourist train, and the famous Christmas market! Located on the first floor of a traditional Alsatian house built in the 1500s and fully renovated, it combines old-world charm with modern comfort. Restaurants, shops, and all amenities are just steps away, and the tourist office is right next to the apartment. The Yonaguni Spa is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.

In the historic heart of Obernai, charming 65 m2 apartment, quiet and ideally located for visiting and enjoying the city with its many activities throughout the year. The accommodation is close to all amenities (bakery, restaurant, train station...) The second most visited city in Alsace, Obernai is the perfect base for discovering Alsace (at the foot of Mont Sainte-Odile, Strasbourg, Colmar...) Wi-Fi has been updated and works very well

The Swallow's Nest

This charming 20 m2 studio, renovated in 2022, is located in the village of Gertwiller, a few meters from the gingerbread museums (Fortwenger and LIPS), as well as the vineyards. The apartment is on the ground floor of a typical Alsatian house, with low ceilings, formerly housing an old forge. It is fully equipped and welcomes you in a warm atmosphere. There is free street parking (no parking space reserved for the studio in the residence)

Small 30 m² outbuilding, newly renovated at the bottom of the garden. You will be quiet in the 25 m² living room with a comfortable bed, in the fully equipped kitchen. There is a small independent bathroom. You will enjoy Wi-Fi and a TV with Netflix. Bus stop line 44 of the CTS that connects to Entzheim train station. Possibility to book a Flex'hop or rent a Vel'hop bike at Entzheim train station. 2 km by bike path from the cocoon.
