We had a great time and the flat was perfect! So nice especially with the balcony towards the sea and access to the private beach. Francesca was so nice and prompt in her replies. She picked us up from the train station upon arrival and showed us to the nearest supermercato and gave us some tips on where to eat and places to visit. We had a very nice and relaxing stay in Molfetta and would happily recommend to stay in this place!

Dear Francesca, Your accommodation was just great !!! Those looking for relaxation and tranquility, but would at the same time get to know the country and people, which is the place to go. We really enjoyed the day, the apartment is ideal for relaxing moments but (what a view of the open sea). As a starting point for excursions into the beautiful Molfetta and the surrounding area Everything worked from the outset great, we would definitely come back. Of 10 possible points tourist gets 11 points. We will come back for sure !!!

This gem in the heart of Puglia is not to be missed. Molfetta is a great base to explore all of the area. This apartment is right on the water. You can go into the Adriatic from the patio. Quite an amazing view. The apartment is comfortable and very modern. Right in the old city and near great restaurants and bars. Fun place.

The apartment, although a little small (we were 4 people staying there) is beautiful, renovated and tastefully decorated. The sea view is lovely, which is why we chose this apartment and we were not disappointed! One small point precision, however: the terrace with access to the sea is not private but shared with other occupants of the building. This was not stated in the advertisement. Anyway we had a great time in Molfetta, and a big thank you to Francesca and her aunt to availability.

Everything was more than expected! I always wanted to spend some time in a house literally on the sea and I got it here with Francesca. During my stay I spent hours on the small balcony, just looking out to the sea. That view and the sounds of the waves made my stay a memorable one, also because Francesca is a very great and charming host. She picked me up at the place we agreed on and showed me around before going to this small loft-style appartment in the old town of Molfetta. All in all, if you need a place to sleep in Molfetta and appreciate the sunrise in front of you, if a morning-swim directly from the house (stairs and private access, rocks and stones) is what you could appreciate, go for it, it's really worth it!

This is a real find, right in the old town of Molfetta. Maddalena and family came to meet us at the local square to guide us to the flat as it located on a side street and could be a little confusing to find first time around. It's newly decorated, spacious and with efficient central heating. The roof terrace is a real bonus and it was warm enough in December to go up there in the morning with a coffee to enjoy the sun. There are a couple of great bar/restaurants about 2 mins walk away. Everyone in the town is very easy going and welcoming, a great few days.

Mauro and Marilena are very nice people and are very attentive and enthusiastic hosts. The apartment, which has been tastefully renovated, is located in the historical centre of Molfetta, very close to the sea and the duomo vecchio, amidst a maze of charming medieval alleyways. Perhaps the best feature of the apartment is the rooftop terrace, from where there is a splendid view of the city and of the cathedral.

The house is so beautiful, has everything you need. Giovinazzo is a beautiful town in itself and so well connected. Terry was superlovely and so helpful.

Theresa was waiting for us at the airport, who is German, English and Italian spoken alternately by the time when it was needed. While our accommodation transported by her husband, they showed all the outward road, which was just what we need. I spent a wonderful 8 days in the House of Re Manfredi. This is a unique place - the old apartment, located in the heart of town-fortress of the 12th century. The apartments are modern, well-equipped, very comfortable for a large family residence. On the ground floor there is a fireplace (although at the time of our stay it did not function, which is a pity) and a separate small bathroom, which is very convenient. The kitchen is also well equipped with everything you need, you can completely prepare and even make desserts (!). Household chemicals available for all occasions. Very clean! Very neat! Very warm and wonderful accommodations. Incredible opportunity to plunge into an era of almost 1,000 years ago, without losing a single gram of modern comfort. Literally under the feet of the pizzeria, osteria, different places where you can eat very tasty. Beautiful harbor with the freshest fish and seafood. In walking distance there are 2 supermarkets and a few meat and grocery shops. And about the sights you should not worry - you will live in them. The only thing that because it is the historical value - the old town - the closest possible parking is 200-500 meters. Many thanks to the owners. Vincenzo was very kind and helpful for the duration of the stay. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and situated in the old town where peace and quiet are guaranteed because no cars. The marina and promenade are within walking distance as well as many dining places in which to dine or have a drink.

We had a great time living in the old part of town. Small but traditional apartment - just as expected.

The apartment Linda is remarkable and really in a fantastic location. The sea framed in every overlooking imposes the rhythm to the days and her wrecked upon the rocks is the first sound you hear when you wake up and the last before bed. Late in the evening we loved coming home to sit on the small balcony after we ventured through the alleys and having dinner at one of many downtown restaurants.

Charming small apartment in historic Giovinazzo. We stayed here for three nights as a family of four. Although the apartment is small it had everything we needed for our stay. Linda is a wonderful host. She helped me plan my transfer to giovinazzo, gave me advice and was available to answer questions. She was lovely on arrival. Met us at the entry to the centro storico. Linda provided tips on restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets. We loved our time in Giovinazzo. This apartment gives you easy access to the beach and town square by foot. I can't wait to return.

Linda was great in giving direction to this wonderful old City apartment. Her mum met us on time and showed us to the apartment where everything you need is there! The sunrises over the water were spectacular and the local eateries amazing! Not far also to Alberobello! Would recommend to anyone!

We stayed five days at the home of Linda .... had a great time ... the two poggioletti sea views are fantastic ... Linda did find everything you need to spend the most of our holiday (including a fantastic breakfast ) ... we never used the kitchen (we were in Giovinazzo to visit friends so we were at lunch and dinner with them ;-)) but there was everything you need to use it ... the house is very close to the small sandy beach of Giovinazzo ... the country is beautiful, full of life and locals ... we have known Linda personally (her mom was kind enough to join us at Bari to hand over the keys) but has always been extremely available and "present" with messages and advice ... we stra-suggest ...

The main attractions of Giovinazzo are within easy walking distance and staying in the old part of the city was very special, especially for my husband the history buff. Have today left Palazzo Lupis after 5 nights. A beautiful apartment in such a lovely old part of Giovinazzo. So quiet in the evenings and only the conversations of locals below the window during the day. So pleased to be somewhere where we heard only italian being spoken! Thank you Linda for meeting us when we arrived and showing us the apartment. It had everything we needed for our stay including suggestions about the location of the supermarket and the covered market. We especially liked the alimentari Generoso nearby!

Linda was very polite & helpful, the apartment was beautiful & the photos on the web site do it no justice as it is so much nicer than the images. The apartment is part of the old city of Giovinazzo & has a great view of the sea from both the balconies. The apartment has all the amenities needed for cooking & cleaning & if cooking is not your thing it is very close to restaurants, shops etc. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Giovinazzo.

Upon arrival we also find everything you need and more: fruit, snacks, sugar (including cane!), Salt, coffee, milk, water, fruit juice and then the detergents both for cooking and for the washing machine! beautiful, brand-new bathroom with a great shower complete with shampoo and shower gel and a hair dryer included! New apartment, well furnished and comfortable around!

We stayed for two nights in the apartment of Cosimo. The house is very pretty, decorated to detail. Cosimo was a helpful host and efficient, even though it was a km away. The neighbor, Mr. Xavier, who greeted us upon our arrival, it is a nice and kind person. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is in the very center of the town. I found it spotless clean and with some food in the fridge. New furniture and very functional bathroom. I think the best note has been how Cosimo has helped me with checking in and out very early, he has been very careful and friendly. I will definitely coming back for my next trip to Molfetta.

Nice apartment but with bathroom issues and Wi-Fi not working well.. The host needs to work on his communication manners after an umiliating conversation for a involuntary incident.. Check elsewhere before you book this place..
