Situated just 15 min away from Belcastel, one of the prettiest medieval villages in the area (with its well-known 1 * Michelin Restaurant), as well as the Château de Bournazel, one of best Renaissance restoration of Occitanie. The town of Rodez is 30 min away. Very good for shopping and also a cultural visit at the Musée Soulages. But you might just like to come and rest & enjoy some nice walks & beautiful views .

Set within the rolling hills of Aveyron the property provides comfortable accommodation for 6 people. With its own large garden and sun terrace with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. There is a large heated private pool open during the Summer months. The bright and airy accommodation has an open plan living/dining area with three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A great starting point for hiking and cycling. Villefranche with all its amenities is less than 15 minutes drive away.

Located 850 m from the city center, 1.4 km (15-minute walk) from the train station. Small house renovated in 2021. In summer, you will enjoy the small terrace with its plancha as well as the air conditioning. The accommodation is composed of a living room with an equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, glass cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge + freezer, dishes...), TV and WIFI, as well as a large bedroom with a queen-size bed, a separate toilet and a VERY SMALL shower room.

Fully equipped 28 m² studio.

Pleasant and bright studio of about 28 m², on the ground floor of our house. It is quiet on the garden side. Very easy to heat in winter, and cool in summer! We have a dog, very nice, but he will be locked up so as not to disturb your arrival. The mattress and bed frame are new, the bed will be made, bath towels are provided. Parking is available nearby. Parking is available in the yard while unloading/loading your belongings.

A 30-minute drive away, you can visit Belcastel (plus Beau Village de France) and Rodez.
