The house is even more beautiful than what the photos show, quiet in the woods close to many interesting places to visit, very well equipped and full of comfort. We had a wonderful stay, Stefano was an excellent host. Very quick and easy communication. We were given such a warm welcome and made feel at home. Stefano and his parents were so kind and helpful! The house is charming, clean, and cozy - perfect for a couple. Stefano's mom even brought us tangerines and chocolates to welcome us. We'd love to come back and stay here in the future!

We had a great time in this bell'alloggio surrounded by a large well-kept, quiet garden. The parents of Stephen living in the house next door and are lovely people and always ready to respond to any request. They have offered their washer, vegetables from their garden and even some toys for our children. There is a separate bedroom, so it's a bit 'more complicated for a family trip, but we were able to adapt without difficulty. The apartment is perfect for exploring the Valcellina, Lake Barcis and other beautiful mountain in the area.

Tiziana was a fantastic hostess. She made me feel very welcome into her home. Much to my surprise she had a basic Italian breakfast every morning available (boiled egg, croissant, cereal, juice, espresso, and shared a wonderful homemade peach jelly. The house was cozy and well maintained. There was safe parking off-street. Access to her house was not a problem. The view of the Dolamite mountains was wonderful and access to local attractions as well as major cities was easy. I would stay with Tiziana again on my next trip. Thanks for making my time comfortable and relaxed.

Tiziana was available to the point that when we felt by phone, guided us live and waited for us on the road. We 'a very kind person and friendly, we did find the sumptuous breakfasts prepared by her jams. The accommodation is perfectly suited to photographs, the room is large, comfortable and clean. Mario is a friendly to try Direction hosts. The breakfast was offered and properly. A dinner we (had to be ordered in advance) never occupied, since we were always on the go. The apartment is like in the pictures. The location quiet and safe. The rooms generous in space (the two bathrooms). The only criterion: the apartment unfortunately was not so clean.

An independent suite with separate entry in a nice rural hotel building. Good quality room furniture and appliances. The air conditioning was a tad cold at nights. The big double bed has a real mattress, the available supplementary beds are (new) fold-out couches. Restaurant and bar downstairs, Pizzeria just along the street. Would go there again when in Maniago.

We loved our stay with Mario. The suite has at the hotel, but completely independent. For our family of 6, there was more than enough room. The resturant at the hotel was very good. The location was excellent for our needs. Our only regret was that we were only there for one night! We re planning ahead and hope to return and stay here again before too long. Thank you Mario!!

Francesca was very helpful for both check-in and for local information. E 'was cute in keeping us from a plant that we purchased and we could not take with us as we were continuing our holidays abroad :-) The place can be a solution for exploring other cities of Friuli.

Francesca made picking up the keys very easy and was very flexible with times. The apartment is perfect for two people. The area is very safe and quiet and in the distance you can hear the church bells ring. The apartment is about a 3 minute drive into the center of Maniago and all the wonderful things it has to offer. The bed and sofa bed are both very comfortable. I highly recommend Francesca's apartment to anyone traveling to the are. You won't be disappointed!!

The place is lovely and quiet, surrounded by forests and mountains, but a 3-minute drive from supermarkets, bars and every need. The room is located in a pleasant and spacious attic where I slept very well thanks to the tranquility in which the structure is immersed. Giulia welcomed me gently explaining to me the house and gave me advice on local restaurants and excursions in nature. In the room I found everything we needed to make me an independent breakfast. excellent cleaning. I was sorry only stop so little! Recommended for families, city escape refreshing break in nature.

I spent a fantastic weekend in a fabulous place, a cozy cottage in one of the most beautiful towns in Italy. The room is clean and tastefully decorated. Giulia is always very polite helpful, made me feel at home from the first moment.

I was a guest by admin with my boyfriend. The house we loved, it has a great view and the place is quiet. Even the room where slept abbimamo is very comfortable and clean. Matthew was very nice and welcoming. The house is in a convenient location for day trips; for us it was a great way to take a ride in Valcellina reach the Vajont dam and enjoy the surroundings.

This is the worst experience we have ever had on airbnb. I cannot recommend Matteo's home. We stayed several days in Matteo's home, a Bed and Breakfast. On the third, and final night, Matteo hosted a 50th birthday for his brother behind the house, on the property, 20feet from our bedroom balcony. The party was attended by many and included a DeeJay who BLASTED MUSIC (with loads of base) until the early hours of Sunday morning. It was utterly IMPOSSIBLE for our family, including two children, to sleep despite ear plugs. We appealed to both Matteo and the DJ to reduce the music as we were unable to sleep - to no avail. We demanded a refund for our last night and left in the morning for our transatlantic flight home, completely exhausted and shaken by this experience. It is beyond comprehension that Matteo could not have foreseen any concerns with hosting a raucous party at the same time as running a Bed and Breakfast. The second issue is that of security. Access to our living space was on the second floor of his home, with no locked door separating us from the rest of his home. The garden gate and front door to the home was never locked. Indeed during the party it was unlocked. This is wholly inadequate as a place to sleep and leave one's belongings during the day.

Very nice, quiet place with access to the garden. Apartment well equipped. Exactly everything you need. Since the air-conditioning on hot days, through a set of dishes, maps, guides around the area, music equipment after a handful of foods that make you survive if you do not Gotten purchases. Valentina and Andrea very welcoming and helpful when it comes to information about what to see in the area. If our son went to the sea, we stayed longer. We felt like at home. Definitely we recommend as a base in the mountains (not only for sportsmen) and for wine lovers ... :)

This part of Italy is well worth a visit. Absolutely stunning! Nonna Leni is the perfect place to enjoy Frisanco and the mountains. We stayed a week on holiday in Marsure while relaxing in the green. very quiet place, quiet, with beautiful views of the mountains. The house is very beautiful with a large garden. Daniela and Christian are very kind, they answered right away and we were welcomed as friends. In the house we found everything we needed. The wonderful owners of the dogs have been made friends with us and our dog. There are many places to visit nearby. It was a wonderful experience!

My wife and I had a good stay. The place was spacious, the kitchen more than adequate with a very quite neighborhood.

Francesca's family vacation home in Marsure was just we needed. Quiet and relaxing. Tucked away in the base of the Dolomites sits this charming little town. This is not for those seeking the hustle and bustle of big city life. Life is a little slower in Marsure, which we quickly acclimated to. It's a quick walk through town to the dairy, market, and patisserie. It is conveniently located to the Aviano Air Force base where our son is stationed. Which was the purpose of our visit. Other towns, such as Pordenone and Aviano are just minutes away. We caught the train to Rome from Pordenone. You can go just about anywhere from there. We were welcomed by Francesca's sister Diana and her husband Aymon. We were given the grand tour. The pictures don't do it justice. The rooms are very spacious. We were charmed by this old Italian home and the way of life there. Diana and Aymon shared with us our first spritzes and apertifs. Which we thoroughly enjoyed. At the end of it all, Marsure was where we called home for three weeks and fell in love with it.

Liz and her husband are both very sweet and incredibly helpful and welcoming! The rooms were amazing, very clean, comfortable and the property was quiet, safe and picturesque. They have animals (Dogs, goats, ducks, chickens) which delighted our boys (10, 8, 6), They let the buys feed the fish in the cute little pond. Their guest house is family friendly, and the surrounding area is breathtaking. In the morning, Liz prepared a tasty spread of food, fresh coffee, tea, and juice. In the room, there is available towels, hair dryer, tea kettle and water. There wasn't a small in-room fridge, but Liz was more than accomodating and provide us with a cooler and even stored our leftovers in her own fridge. Overall, a wonderful, relaxing stay in a beautiful room and town!
