Very good experience with the house and with the hosts. Hans and Adeline, very friendly, were available on the phone and "hands on" since the first contact; they were "checking in" as well during our stay making sure we were enjoying our stay.

We have 8 nieces spent a weekend at the home of Hans and Adeline. The house is equipped with a very nice dining area with a nice big table. It was also enjoyed in the wood stove in the cozy sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bedrooms have good beds and behind the house you step into the woods. Highly recommended so.

Spacious, homely house which was perfect for our family (7) visit to nearby Maastricht. Felt very relaxed there after exciting days in the city. Lovely garden to sit in but as it was late September we also enjoyed lighting the fire as the temperature dropped in the evening - a lovely warm heart in the house. Hans and Adeline welcomed us and were very happy to help. A lovely couple, a lovely house. Definitely recommend it.

Very warm welcome at a very nice location. Suggestions and tips received over the house, everything was very clear. Had great weekend, the fire made the evenings particularly very snug and cozy. Nice house, nice neighborhood and really enjoyed it! Truly a must relax for a weekend and enjoy with a relatively large group.

Very friendly elderly couple that warmly welcomed us in their own home. As we rented the entire place, they left us to our own devices but in this case aided by a spacious place with comfy sofa and chairs, cosy fireplace with lots of wood provided. Lots of spaces to sit together or alone, great beds, proper stove. Sure there've been small things to discuss with them later which they'll try to sort. On grounds parking space for five cars, cutterly for a small orphanage as the Dutch would put it. A great place to catch a breath, looking out in every direction to the lovely garden and forest. Beware no TV, beware of the utilities charge (€113 in our case) but otherwise wholeheartedly recommended.

Despite the last minute, everything was tip-top shape and we were warmly welcomed by Ruud and Marijke. Either we got detailed information about the area and a nice tour of the exciting and backyard vegetable garden. Recommended!

The apartment is modern. Everything necessary is present. The location is very rural, but there are only 6 km to Roermond. Most impressed me the absolute quiet. No noise, no car, no motorbike, only now and then a couple of bikes. The Marcel I saw once and find it very friendly.

We called his welcome with a tour of the house with all explanation. The ad description knocked and the neighborhood was very ... very quiet, never stayed so calm. only fields, greenery and a few houses and almost no traffic. You can make very nice bike rides.

We were warmly welcomed by Marcel and his family. The apartment is pretty spacious and cozy. The family was very helpful in giving information about activities in the area and they could always turn for questions. We talked to each other several times and was always very pleasant. The setting is very nice, we have a lot of cycling through the nodes route. Beautiful paths through the varied landscape with nice villages nearby. Roermond is close and we have been several times on a terrace in the evening and eat delicious! I think the location is definitely recommended, peacefully to come here and around the opportunity to visit the cosiness of the city. The apartment is worth, well maintained and very neat!

Lovely quiet spot in the beautiful Limburg. The apartment is modern and fully equipped. We have had a wonderful weekend with our baby of one year and it was the perfect place. Spacious living room with fine cuisine, comfortable beds and a good bathroom. The terrace view was a nice addition. The area has plenty to do.

The apartment and the area were simply gorgeous, everything is kept perfectly. I felt really welcome at arrival and the family is so nice. I felt like at home, I had my own privacy and Dave demonstrated to be very kind and available. The village and the house are so cozy you would never go away and you have a wonderful and very relaxing view just in front of your entrance. Time just passed by even if I would have stayed there much more. I would certainly return if I needed and I warmly suggest this place.

What a fine, fresh, attractive space. Delicious 'home' after a day of work. Enjoy on the rooftop of a beer that was already cold in the fridge. Great sleep on good bed with the window wide open. Because we were up early, the red morning sun shone on the breakfast. That's good awakening. Come like a return to these nice people.

We were greeted pleasantly by Ida, with a cup of fresh mint tea! Sleeping in the artistic atelier (the former private pool) which is situated directly on the garden, we found a unique experience. In the darkness from your bed stargazing or in our case the light of the storm. And morning breakfast with a slice of homemade nut bread in the fantastic garden. Ida is welcoming and helpful. Excellent base for trips to Maastricht for example, Germany or Belgium.

We spent four days in a special environment, we stayed in Maria-Hoop, a village near Roermond, in the studio of artist Paradama. A very large bright room where her paintings were exhibited and with beautiful views of the garden. Morning we were really spoiled by a very rich and delicious breakfast. Directly from the location to be wonderful walks also a visiting Roermond is very worthwhile. A place to return to !!

Wij vonden het geweldig. Lekker dicht bij Roermond en Maastricht. De ruimte is heel ruim en apart met alle kunst. Helaas hadden wij niet elke dag mooi weer anders kan je heerlijk in de tuin ontspannen en ontbijten. De ontvangst was heel persoonlijk door ida en het ontbijt was heerlijk. De ruimte heeft geen gordijnen en daardoor waren we vroeg wakker maar dan zie je wel een egeltje en een eekhoorn voorbij gaan. We zijn toch wel weer in slaap gevallen.

Everything perfect!

We stayed here for two nights and were really happy about this nice place. There was a lot of room for three people and the bed is comfortable. The kitchen is combined with the living room and there is everything one needs to cook dinner. On arrival our hosts met us to exchange the keys and explained everything we needed to know about the place. They were very nice and the communication worked well. There is a supermarket just across the street which is open even on Sundays which is very convenient. There is a also a pizza place 50m down the street and a small local pub. You should know that the city center of Roermonde is a 30 min walk or 10 min bus/car ride away. But the area around the apartment is quiet and nice and the shops around the house have everything you would need for a nice stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Good sleep and everything was provided. The interior is done with care. Beautiful. Opposite is a supermarket that is open every day and where you can get fresh bread.

Irmgard en Jérôme gaven ons een zeer warm welkom. We raakten direct in een geanimeerd gesprek. De kamer die we binnen stapten, voldeed compleet aan mijn verwachting. Dat betekent dat de foto's op de site van Airbnb dus goed weergeven wat er geboden wordt. Een goed bed, warme ambiance, prettige badkamer. Een "home away from home".... Onze aankomsttijd was moeilijk in te schatten en om die reden werden er mobiele telefoonnummers uitgewisseld zodat we goed en helder konden communiceren over hoe laat we uiteindelijk zouden arriveren. We kregen de sleutels van de privé entree en de kamer. In de hal is het toilet en er staat een waterkoker om thee/koffie te maken. Mét chocolaatjes! In de kamer staat een koelkastje met wijn, bier en fris, tegen schappelijke prijzen. Op de foto's is de wand te zien met het fraaie uitzicht over het Lago Maggiore, die geeft de kamer zeer zeker een ruimtelijk gevoel! En dan het ontbijt.... vers fruit, yoghurt, ruime keuze in broodjes (crackers, croissants, ontbijtkoek, witte en bruine bolletjes, kaiserbroodjes én boterhammen!), vleeswaren en kaas, vers sinaasappelsap, melk, koffie en thee en roereieren met spekjes. Op een serveertafel binnen gereden, wat een genot! Irmgard en Jérôme, we hebben genoten van jullie gastvrijheid. Veel succes met jullie B&B, maar dat komt helemaal goed!

Our stay at Diana was really super. My husband and I were really not many years together it was like and super service of Diana made that we enjoyed. The guesthouse is very clean and has everything you need to get away may be off. A full breakfast was delicious, not to mention just about the wonderful bed, so you have the whole day would like to lie in. We are definitely in a warmer period, back to Diana, to visit the beautiful Roermond. Hopefully it will not take another 18 years!

We ended up navigate directly after shopping outlets here, the location is very accurate and convenient parking. The room is very clean, very comfortable, breakfast is great, warm and friendly landlord.

Staying in Diana's guest accommodation is a great experience. Self contained and luxurious with so much attention to detail and a wonderful breakfast. The location is good just 5mins or so from Roermond Town Centre. A thoroughly enjoyable stay thanks Diana!

We were very well received and got offered a lot, such as mini bar, breakfast, adjustable mattresses, and information about the city. The hostess was always open to questions and a friendly contact. But its openness to the German language shows that it adapts to their guests and want to give you a pleasant stay.

Great spot to relax together: its clean, private and has everything you need. The host is great, easy to communicate with and very friendly... Get some bikes to get into town quickly, take a car, or just walk to the forest. Enjoy the stay, We are sure you will!

Diana is a very dedicated host . She insisted on serving us extraordinaire delicious breakfasts every morning. That was just amazing! The groundfloor-heating is another feature not to forget to mention which we enjoyed too.All in all this great venue is very much to recommend to all visitors who once in a lifetime go for the ultimate shopping experience in the Roermond Design Outlet, like we did. The place is great - Diana is great. Not more to say :-)

We spent one night at Jan's place. It is a nice, super clean house in a quiet neighbourhood and Jan is a fantastic host. There is a playground nearby, great if you travel with kids. The neighbouring historic city of Roermond is a really great place to visit.

we were over Easter with a few friends in the house of Jan Jan is a very warm person and has made us feel very welcome. The house is very nice and we did not miss anything. January has provided us with any information about the area and was very open. We were even allowed to bring a grill to barbecue in the garden.

Thank you Jan and Mika for being wonderful hosts. We were delighted with the accommodation they had arranged for us. The afternoon spent in the garden was superb watching the birds flying overhead. We stayed three nights at Mirjam Koen and enjoyed enormously. It is wonderfully quiet and equipped with every comfort. We loved the garden room where breakfast was served and where you can sit at the big table or at the comfortable chairs near the fireplace very nice. The large garden is for the guests, we found very nice and quiet. Garden chairs are very comfortable and you can use even outside of WiFi. The apartment (ground floor) is spacious and very light. The bedroom has a large divan that really is delicious. For the rest, there were many extras such as use of coffee and tea, wine carafe and more. The B & B is centrally located in a beautiful bike and hiking and the great Maas villages are well worth a visit.

Kinda wish we hadn't gone out but stayed in and enjoyed the space, warmth, coziness with a glass of gorgeous home-brew wine on the sofa watching a film. The breakfast is just amazing. Presented in a lovely way with colourful napkins, beautiful tea set, yummie yoghurt, jams in cute little pots, gorgeous homemade bread and a selection of buns, fruit, cheeses, cooked meats and the eggs were boiled to perfection! If you ever need to be in the Stevensweert area, this is The Place to stay at! Oh, and I nearly forgot to mention the sauna and steamroom/jet shower!! Bliss!
