Lovingly and newly furnished apartment in Gmund / Moosrain. The apartment is in a quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle and yet only 3.5 km from swimming in Lake Tegernsee. The Bavarian Oberlandbahn (BOB) runs once an hour from the “Moosrain” stop, which is only 2 minutes away, to Tegernsee or Munich. The apartment, with a separate entrance, is on the 2nd floor and was newly and modernly furnished. Everything with a lot of love for detail. A parking space is available right outside the building.

Not a very quiet location, as close to the Bundesstrasse (soundproof windows available)

Our holiday home was completed in 2016, has two rooms, a new bathroom and a big eat-in-kitchen. We furnished the two-story flat, in a way that our friends, family and you can feel at home: the flat is bright, spacious and cosy. Our holiday home is suitable especially for couples and families.
