Nice apartment, 5 minutes walk to the beach. It has a living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, air conditioning and a big terrace, with private parking. Fully equiped (Wifi optical fiber included). Urbanization is equipped with a big pool and a childen pool, minigolf, gym, paddle, social club and playground.
