Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, restaurants, cafés, beer garden , pizzeria, Mc Donald, tennis court , swimming lake within walking distance. Good parking facilities. The very bright apartment with stone flooring is on the second story and reachable with an outside staircase - first you have to cross our chaos garage. Supermarkets in 10 -15 min, S-Bahn 6 min & 16 minutes to main station. From airport, go with S-Bahn to Laim then with S2 Dachau/Altomünster/Petershausen to Karlsfeld! FYI: we have a couple of chickens in the garden - morning ¨cock-a-doodle-do¨ included!!
