One block away is Salisbury Reserve with kiddies playground. My place is good for couples, business travellers, and families.

Heart o' Ponsonby Walk to City! Stunning 2 Beds!

I stayed at this Airbnb for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is in a peaceful location with a beautiful view of the school play ground from the living room balcony. It was so relaxing to wake up to that view every day. The place was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, which made everything super convenient. The host was friendly and responsive. The house was exactly as described—every detail in the listing was 100% accurate. This is the best Airbnb location I have stayed. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Thank you for a lovely stay Lilly. Lillys place is lovely, it was walking distance to Ponsenby shops and central to all the areas we wanted to visit. Lilly had a cot set up for our daughter when we arrived and was very welcoming. She left us to it after showing us how to get into the apartment. The house spacious and clean and the house had everything that we needed. A beautiful home.

Exceptional, private location with friendly attentive hosts, just minutes from Ponsonby Road. It was so lovely to close the gates into the lush courtyard and enjoy a well-appointed home away from home, with generous interior spaces, comfortable bedding, and all the amenities needed for a longer stay. Gerard is a kind, generous neighbour & host, ensuring we had everything we needed. Just a few blocks from Ponsonby Rd's hospitality scene, with a dairy at the corner, and a bus stop nearby, there's lots to see, do, and explore in this perfect Grey Lynn bubble!

Francis is an outstanding host. We stayed at her apartment for three weeks while visiting our son in Auckland. The apartment is in a peaceful location with 2 onsite parking spaces. It’s beautifully presented, and spotlessly clean. It has everything you could possibly need, including all essential appliances, plenty of crockery, extra bedding, and both bath and beach towels. There’s also ample storage space, and the high-speed Wi-Fi was fantastic. The location is perfect, with easy access to Auckland city either by a scenic coastal walk or a stroll through the local shops—both routes take about 45 minutes on foot or just a few minutes by car. The apartment is also a short walk from local beaches, and long stunning sandy beaches can be reached within as little as 20-minutes to an hour’s drive depending which one you want to explore, your spoilt for choice. Communication with Francis is excellent, she responds promptly to any queries. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.
