The apartment is located on the first floor and the bedroom has direct access to a small covered terrace above the garden, which is shared access with the rest of guests. The living room has a comfortable sofa, dining room and a small kitchen. It is the ideal place for a stay with friends or family. You will be able to enjoy the views of our garden or the mountains, while reading a book or just relaxing. The indoor unit is accessible exclusively for you, while the patio and garden are shared with guests of the other apartments of Ca'n Puig de Sòller. He can communicate with us through Airbnb at all times. This place is for adults only. Bicycles are not allowed to be stored inside the apartment or in the common areas of the building. Cleaning of the kitchen and utensils used during the stay is the guest's responsibility.

Lovely house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool,jacuzzi, air aconditioned, barbaque,heating, wifi, really nice decorated and really good located in the near of the beach and the restaurants , and in Palma , bus stop only 30 meters away. You dont need a car if you dont want to rent one. Really nice restaurants and beaches in the near. We have a room outside the house where you can leave your luggage in case you have an early flight on arrival or a late fight on departure.

In the Marina you will find many good restaurants and if you want, you will have also a lot of pubs and discotheques.
