Cozy apartment on the ground floor with its own terrace. Lake facilities, shopping and restaurants - all easy to reach on foot in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk approx. 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot cycle path). From November to the beginning of April, the trees offer a beautiful lake view with beautiful sunrises.
