Summer holiday let available. The Byre is very popular with couples wanting a special place for a romantic, peaceful and private treat. Set in the picturesque Mendip Hills AONB, we're in a perfect location for the venues of Coombe Lodge and Yeo Valley, as well as for hill walking, fishing on Blagdon Lake, or exploring the local area; with the Somerset towns of Wells, Bath, Glastonbury, Cheddar and Bristol all a short drive away. When you arrive you can pull into your own parking space in front of the white garage doors, follow a path around the back of Dingle Cottage, through a gate and into a secluded valley with a view up to the woods. The accommodation is made up of two stone cottages which are a few steps apart, The Byre and the Spa Bath Bathroom. Outside you will have exclusive use of the breakfast patio and the cliff garden running up the valley. The Byre is a converted stone outbuilding a little way up the Dingle (small valley) behind Dingle Cottage. It has an oak double oak bed, oak flooring , a large flat screen internet enabled TV, There are tea and coffee making facilities, nespresso machine, microwave, toaster, fridge, iron, hair-dryer, bluetooth speaker, dresser, water jug, wine glasses, coffe glasses, bottle opener, crockery, cutlery, bath robes, table and chairs. If you think of anything we have forgotten we will gladly add it! In the garden, there is a bench, sun loungers, and table and chairs. You may well see deer, sparrowhawks, woodpeckers or a host of other wildlife. Please note our pricing structure is for one person, make sure you remember to add extra guests if there are two of you.
The Byre is set in a beautiful small valley with cliffs, lawns and woodland. The privacy, spa bathroom, candles, rustic setting and lakeside walk with the close proximity of excellent food at the Seymour Arms make us a popular choice for romantic celebrations, birthdays and anniversaries. In the garden you may spot over 30 species of wild birds. You may also see deer, buzzards and at night badgers, hedgehogs foxes and owls are busy in the nearby woods. One of the great advantages of staying at the Byre is the abundance of great walking and cycling in the area. Walkers can head up to the wild open space Blackdown, beside Blagdon Lake, into the forest at Stockton, the mellow woodlands tucked into the valleys at Velvet Bottom, or the huge hillfort at Dolbury Warren. Mountain bikers can ride wide forestry tracks or hair-raising downhill single tracks in the woodland near Rowberrow or tourers can ride the car-free Strawberry Line from Yatton to Wells or the maze of lanes on the Somerset levels around Wedmore and Glastonbury. By car the gorge and caves at Cheddar are only a few miles away. The beautiful medaeval cathedral city of Wells and the caves at Wookey Hole are 20 minutes. At 30 minutes drive there is Bristol and the Roman and Georgian wonders of Bath.

Fig Tree Barn is a separate, self-contained barn conversion on the edge of the village of Congresbury, 7 miles from Bristol airport. There is a sunny living/dining room with great views over fields and to the Mendips beyond, a double bedroom with an extra bed and a sofa bed and a courtyard garden. You can make your own simple breakfast in the mornings - basics provided. There is a fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster and microwave but no oven/hob. Free off road parking. Sorry, no pets.
Make yourselves comfortable in our character barn. The downstairs double bed is very comfortable and the sofa bed is new and good quality - there is also the option of using the extra single bed in the room downstairs making it a ‘family room’. Makes a great weekend get away for a couple, now upgraded to accommodate longer stays with a fridge and a microwave and a courtyard garden space for enjoying sunny days and warm nights! Please note - the accommodation is perfect if you are visiting with a baby who is not yet crawling or child/children around aged seven and above but it is not suitable or child-safe for toddlers or small children.
Congresbury is a thriving village with some traditional pubs with good food, cider and ales, and also some great restaurants within a very short radius of home. This region has a lot to offer in terms of natural beauty and outdoors activities. There are lovely walks nearby, mountain biking, pony trekking, caving and rock climbing, golf, even dry skiing and frisbee golf! There are places of historical interest in the local villages and the nearby towns of Cheddar, Wells, Glastonbury, Clevedon and Weston Super Mare are full of character. Bristol and Bath are easily accessed by road or public transport have something of interest for everyone. Bristol is known for Clifton Suspension bridge and the SSGreat Britain, for cafes, restaurants and pubs, and for its music, theatre, 'green' culture and festivals.
  • Clean and comfortable accommodation with rural views on 3 sides, including Cadbury Hill, held by some to be King Arthur's seat. The absence of a kitchen sink is actually a bonus - if you leave dirty crockery on a tray in the morning, it is replaced by sparkling clean crockery by the evening! No tv but the wifi allows streaming of your favourite programmes with no buffering - and we enjoyed the 221B Baker St board game left out for us, along with the freshly baked loaf which went beautifully with the butter and conserves provided. Thanks, Jackie!

  • Lovely cosy place!

    Villy2020-02-25T00:00:00Z
  • Jackie was a good host and a great baker. The Barn was comfortable and warm, easy to find and exactly what we were looking for. Parking was easy, good directions, well appointed and had everything we might need.

  • A beautiful little barn conversion, with really thoughtful touches from Jackie (thank you for the soya milk!). Good parking, even enough room to get our rental Transit in beside Jackie's car. Location is really handy for the airport, and if you're arriving really late, Jackie will make sure you can get into the property without any fussing around in the dark. I will definitely be staying here again if I'm ever down this way!

    Alex2020-02-20T00:00:00Z

  • An amazing place to stay, especially if you're attending a wedding at Coombe Lodge. Great local tips and amazing ammenities/breakfast options in the property

    Matt2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • We attended a wedding at Coombe Lodge and it was the perfect location. Donna and Rob has lots of baby bits (Bath, high chair etc) and kindly set up a travel cot for our baby which made life so much easier when we got home late! There were 4 adults (and a baby) staying and we fitted fine! Would definitely recommend and not hesitate staying again.

    Rebecca2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • The annex was warm, clean and cosy. Good breakfast options were supplied and the hosts were very accommodating. We had our two young children with us and no car. We were attending a wedding nearby and couldn’t get any taxi companies to come and collect us as the location was so remote. We should have hired a car which would have allowed us to get about and explore a little easier.

    Nicola2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Great place, very cosy and comfortable, felt very at home and easy to find. Great host too!

    Michelle2020-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • I was only here for one night but it was a lovely place to stay, made all the much better by the very welcoming and friendly hospitality. It was a shame I didn't get to make more use of the property and explore the great location. Clean, tidy, spacious and homely!

    Amina2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely safe secluded space with loads of room, all facilities you could need and a comfy double bed. Will be back!

    Harry2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • We can certainly recommend a stay here. Donna and Rob were excellent hosts, offering us blankets to cover our car windows as we had an early start for the airport. The place is clean and stylish with an array of breakfast goodies. Can’t really comment on much else as we only stayed overnight before an early flight from Bristol airport so did not really see the area.

HOME “The Den” is a purpose-built ground floor double en-suite guest room, separate and opposite our main house. It has its own entrance and a parking space is available for our guests. An ideal choice for a pre or post stay when flying in or out of Bristol International Airport. We are conveniently situated one minute’s drive from the silver zone long stay car park and two minutes from the main terminal, however we are in a peaceful country side location and not under the flight path.
“The Den” is used as guest accommodation and has just been purpose built, including 1 x King Size bed, 1 x Single bed and brand new shower room etc. We appreciate that a stay with us is normally at the start or end of your holiday, so we want to make it as pleasant as possible. There is ample room to host a Travel Cot, can be supplied if required or bring your own. Parking is included in the price for each night of your stay. If parking is required for more than one night or for more than your stay with us (eg while your away) then please contact us to discuss – we can arrange limited number of Holiday Parking stays at a small additional charge we can also arrange to shuttle you to/from the airport. Please contact us for prices. Please note: we are up a farm lane/track which is 'work in progress' and a little bumpy in places, please bear with us. Unfortunately we are unable to accept arrivals after 10pm.
We do have dogs and cats around the house, but they are never allowed in “The Den”. Due to the proximity of our home we do not cater for stag and hen parties. The accommodation is better suited to single travellers, couples or small families. “The Den” is ideal accommodation for pre or post night travels for flights at Bristol Airport or longer periods as a base to explore Bristol and Somerset
  • Definitely recommend staying here, so close to the airport and Mell even offers a parking space and drop off and pick up at the terminal for small extra charge which is a lot cheaper than parking at the airport! • The cottage was perfect for us - so cosy, warm and comfortable, and beautifully clean too! And a beautiful view to wake up to in such a peaceful setting.

  • Julie and husband are great host. Even though I arrived really late, they waited for me to arrive and walk me through the whole flat. They are always really help. Ask them for anything, they will be willing to help like the laundry and there are always meals ready on demand. Love the hospitality and the cosy touch of the flat. Not in need of anything by the time you get into the flat. Truly a home away from home.

  • Very clean & modern , quick response to messages and very amenable host for late arrival. Comfortable beds & Great shower!

    Chloe2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • A very clean and quiet place to stay. Perfect for our needs. My fiancé and I wanted somewhere quiet to relax for the night after spending the day in Bristol and found this the perfect place. The beds were very comfortable and we both slept very well. The bathroom was clean and the shower nice and powerful. A kettle with tea/coffee making facilities were provided, as well as a tv. Our host let us know that there were some local places we could go out and eat but as we had already eaten in Bristol we did not go out for food so unable to comment about what they are like. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and will not hesitate to book again if we are ever in the same area, cannot fault at all!

    Rachel2020-02-28T00:00:00Z
  • We only stayed for one night but it was a perfect little stopover. Lovely clean and modern room with tea and coffee making facilities.

    Nicole2020-02-24T00:00:00Z
  • Exactly what was described if not better! Pub just around the corner for a quick bite to eat. Easy parking, no complaints at all.

    Tom2020-02-22T00:00:00Z

    Amy2020-02-21T00:00:00Z
  • Highly recommended - very clean, private and enjoyable. Will visit again.

  • My partner and I had a very comfortable stay in Alison and Ian's lodge. We were happily welcomed shortly after we arrived (around 10pm), directed to parking and shown everything we needed inside the annex. Everything was spotless, the annex was warm and cosy throughout our stay; comfortable bed and powerful shower which is a huge plus for us! There were also two hot water bottles to warm the bed when we pulled back the sheets which was a lovely touch, particularly considering the late time and weather we arrived in. Despite the high-winds and rain at the time, the annex was very peaceful, secure and quiet, helped by being situated a little off of the main road through Chew Stoke village. Cutlery and plates were left in case we wanted to bring a takeaway/food back (which we did on our final night – a curry from The Stoke Inn Raj – 1-minute walking distance. Delicious and great for hot spice lovers!) as well as a guide recommending local eateries, Wifi code provided as well as gate code. The local pub, The Stoke Inn, also offers Sky Sports and BT (plus very reasonably-priced alcohol) which we (my partner) very much enjoyed for the Liverpool game! Sit-in food and takeaway options were also available. Location was just perfect for what we wanted: in the heart of the countryside whilst only being 20-minutes from Bristol City Centre one way and the gorgeous Cheddar Gorge 20-minutes the other, not far from Uphill Beach and Brean Sands, as well as Chew Valley Lake only a 3-minute drive away. Food options were plentiful with Chew Kitchen being a 7-minute walk away, Woodford Lodge overlooking Chew Valley Lake only 3-minutes’ drive or 20-minute walk away (both of which offered wonderful breakfasts/brunch) and Plume of Feathers only 15-minutes away in Blagdon. We also would recommend Riverstation Café near Queen’s Square in Bristol City – very easy to get to, big parking area right next to it and overlooks the river and colourful houses of Bristol. We only stayed for 3-nights so wasn’t able to explore much else (also considering Storm Dennis’ arrival) however we felt we had a lovely initial explore of the Bristol area, returning home feeling calm and very well looked after by the West Country – would hugely recommend - a real haven after a busy and blustery day out!

The Gin Bar is at the bottom of our garden. This double ensuite guest room is separate to the main house, has its own entrance and a parking space is available for guests. We are conveniently situated less than a few minutes from Bristol Airport’s Long Stay Car Park and literally five minutes from the main terminal, however we are in a countryside location and not in the main flight path - so in a perfect spot for a good nights sleep before you fly!
The Gin Bar is at the bottom of our garden ... often used as guest accommodation and very occaisionally stripped out and used as a bar for parties! The shower room has had a recent refit, so is all fresh and lovely! We want it to be easy for you to stay, so towels, shampoo, conditioner & shower gel are provided. A hairdryer is also provided. A travel cot is available on request We are just a few minutes from the airport, so in a fantastic location for early/late flights. We can point you in the direction of a couple of great pubs just a couple of minutes drive away.
We are in amongst agricultural farming countryside - pretty to look at, sometimes comes with farmyardy smells! We are surrounded by fields and yet just a really short distance (just a couple of miles) from the airport. There are some super dooper places to eat locally and access to airport car parking is really easy from us. We are also really close to several local wedding venues including Combe Lodge, Winford Manor & Barley Wood.
  • Beautiful quirky cottage in gorgeous gardens with free parking and WIFI. Sara is so helpful and its SO close to the airport - we can’t wait to stay there again!

Burnby Cottage is a quirky wooden framed, tin clad cottage, sitting on the banks of a stream. Although small it feels much bigger with a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It can sleep 4 people with the use of the sofa bed. It features a wood burning stove, (don't worry it also has central heating), a gorgeous mural across one wall, a verandah for sitting and watching the world go by...oh and it also has full WiFi, smart TV and sound system if this all sounds a little rustic.
Although small it has a beautifully spacious feel with the verandah making it feel even bigger. The entire back wall is covered by a mural of trees painted by a local artist. Enjoy cosy winter evenings by the wood burning stove or sunny summer ones swinging in the hammock on the verandah. For the more technologically minded the cottage has full wifi, a smart tv and bluetooth soundbar. One thing to bear in mind is there is no mobile signal in the village, so if you want to get away from the rat race then you won't be disturbed :) The cottage was built by ourselves from reclaimed timber, everything from the pine cladding to the nifty mobile charging point was built by hand. We have had a lot of fun sourcing vintage and retro items from far and wide, the bedroom curtains were found in a street market in Madrid. The woodburner was made by a little company in Caerphilly. We built the cottage in our own garden with our own hands and loved doing it, not everything is perfectly made but we have tried our very best to make Burnby Cottage a very special place to stay.
Situated in the village with walking, riding, cycling, caving, climbing, fishing all within 5 to ten minutes. Walk from the cottage through the woods to Blagdon Lake. For the more adventurous Burrington Combe in the Mendip Hills with it's caves and climbing are only ten minutes drive. Or you might like to cycle through the lanes to Sandford and explore the Strawberry Line which will take you through stunning countryside all the way into Cheddar. We are close to Bristol, Bath and the lovely cathedral city of Wells. The village is very quiet but there are numerous pubs within a 5 minute drive. If you want some excitement you may be able to persuade Charlie to take you caving in the Mendip Hills or if shopping is your thing then Helen runs a vintage and retro stall at the Cheddar car boot sale.
  • Simple bedroom and sitting room accommodation next to the hosts' house. The entry is via a keypad so there is no need to arrange to meet the hosts although their communication was prompt. The bed was comfortable and all amenities worked well. The whole place was spotless. Overall it was perfect for our needs.

    Gerard2020-03-04T00:00:00Z
  • Such a great, cosy place to stay! Perfect for watching a movie and sitting by the log burner, also great surroundings and walks you can do. Everything inside was very high quality and clearly well built and cared for. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to get away for some peace and quiet!

    Robert2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Excellent little gem of a hideaway! Quirky, cosy and with everything you need with great little personal touches. Highly recommend Charlie and Helen as hosts!

    Lindsay2020-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • Charlie and Helen are great hosts who make you instantly feel welcome , explain how everything works, then leave you to enjoy ( even though they are next door, you are given your privacy). The cabin is beautifully made and thoughtfully appointed with just the right balance of pretty arty bits and clever tech. The heating and shower are fab( vital on a freezing , wet February evening) ,the little wood burner is a sinch to light and the big TV cleverly placed on the wall makes for a perfect wind down after a day exploring the sights. We sat on the veranda and watched the sunset with a glass ( wishing it was summer !) You can easily cook meals in the kitchen area or just enjoy a welcome cuppa with the thoughtfully provided supplies. The bedroom is beautiful and comfortable, as is the sofa bed. We enjoyed the local pub in Blagdon ,the New Inn ,that does home cooked food and allows dogs. Dont forget the stream ! It sent me to sleep each night. The best place I have booked so far !! Love it.

    Suzy2020-02-20T00:00:00Z
  • Such a beautiful cottage! I can't recommend it enough. The attention to detail and finishing touches made it feel like a home away from home. It's quirky and cute with everything you could need and more! A beautiful base for us for the evening and we only wish we had stayed longer.

    Charlotte2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed for a valentine’s treat and took the dogs with us too. It was a beautiful little cottage with lots of character and you can tell it’s well looked after and loved. The owner seemed very proud and rightly so and she was very welcoming when we arrived. Nice facilities so we could enjoy our food and drink in. Lovely powerful shower and nice little touches like the fresh towels and quirky decor. We’d definitely stay here again. 1 thing for people to know it is right next to someone’s house, not everyone’s cup of tea but not a problem for us and felt like a private, enjoyable getaway! Thanks Charlie & Helen

The hobbit house is a unique, quirky and cosy building, situated at the end of the garden next to a stream with fields behind.
The hobbit house has a living/ bed space with a wood burner. It has a fully equipped, small kitchen, decking next to the stream and an outside seating area. The toilets and shower are in the main house and are available at any time.

  • The hobbit house is absolutely perfect for anyone looking for an escape into nature, while still being extremely comfortable with every amenity you could hope for. The stream running right outside the front door was so relaxing to listen to, and the bed was the comfiest we’ve ever found on Airbnb! • What a lovely place, and equally lovely people. My partner and I felt welcome immediately from our arrival, Sue is a great host and very attentive to your needs, she genuinely wants you to enjoy yourself as much as possible and would go above and beyond to do so. The Hobbit House is beautiful, homely, and very close to the earth. Lovely touches, lovely brook running behind, fire pits, a log burner, a little kitchenette and everything you need for a perfect, tranquil stay. My only regret is that I wish I'd stayed for longer. Thanks again Sue, if we're ever local again we'll choose to come back to you. Christian & Amy.

I live in a lovely village in a detached house, the interior is white and all the window treatments are made from vintage fabrics, it has a light airy feel. There is an Inn called the Penscot which serves food , a small community cafe called Lennys and a wonderful butchers/stores called Hansfords. Cheddar is about 3 miles away and of course the Lovely Mendip Hills for walking. The lillypool cafe is half a mile away towards cheddar and does a great breakfast from 8 am www.lillypoolcafe.co.uk

  • Korinna was a lovely host. Her cottage was as described, sparklingly clean, fully equipped and very peaceful! I was taking a course at Warm Glass which was walking distance away so I was able not to use the car for the entirety of my stay. Even the Plough pub, with its delicious food, was walkable, although I was glad I took my torch!

Very stylish, all the amenities you could ever wish for. The place was sparkling clean and it was very handy to get to the airport. We booked our car in next door very cheaply and didn't have to worry about anything. Outstanding, We will be back!

Dean was so helpful with answering questions in the run up to our stay, and to top it off the breakfast at the cafe downstairs was DELICIOUS! Thank you Dean, would definitely recommend.

  • This is a great flat. Spotlessly clean, well furnished and does exactly what it says on the tin. We spent two evenings in the flat whilst visiting our son. It is well equipped and in a good location close to shops and eateries. The dog felt at home and there was a nearby space where he could let nature take its course. Also the breakfast that was included was a great added bonus. Dean responded quickly to all requests for information. Excellent free local parking. We will be back when we are next in the area. I would recommend Dean and his flat without any reservation.

  • Absolutely amazing place to stay. The building is mostly 400 years old. A lot of unique details. The paintings on the walls are worth to research it. Maybe we have gotten the best room, but the design is amazing. We felt like our majesty in the castle. We felt like at home. A very pleasant experience. Our best stay in the UK for now.

  • An absolutely beautiful room and ensuite in the lovely village of Chew Magna. We received the most amazing hospitality from Andrea and Roger and loved every day of our stay. The room was super clean and payed out nicely. The check in experience was easy and we could come and go as we pleased with respect to the house and family of course. I recommend booking a massage with Andrea as it’s one of the best I’ve had and I’ve had many, plus it’s just on the doorstep. There is yoga within the neighbourhood, a lovely cafe to let time escape you as well as local pubs and nature. Highly recommend this stay.

    Krysta2019-11-02T00:00:00Z
  • Wow, what a lovely stay! I was here just for one night but I’m so grateful to Andrea and Roger for their outstanding warmth and hospitality. The room is absolutely beautiful, decorated like a 5 star hotel with Andrea’s wonderful taste. When I arrived, Andrea and Roger went above and beyond to give me a vacuum and supplies to clean up my rental car. There was a small issue with the drain in the bathroom, and while Roger fixed it Andrea offered me a free aromatherapy massage, which was heavenly! The combination of their lovely energy and their beautiful home, in such a sweet and beautiful town with ancient sacred sites nearby makes this a really special place. I highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

The room didn’t have a window but did have a huge skylight to compensate. Amenities were well thought out and I had everything I needed, from hair dryer to comfortable bed, towels, fresh water and breakfast. • Fiona made me and my boyfriend feel very welcome. We stayed at the cabin for a night for my birthday, Fiona kindly left a happy birthday card, muffin and hung a banner on the wall, such a lovely gesture. The cabin is very clean and tidy. Definitely a home to home feel. The bed was very comfortable too. Had the best night sleep. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning in the future. Many thanks Fiona x

  • An amazingly cute and cosy cabin in a picturesque setting. Fiona was an attentive and helpful host who replied promptly and in detail to any questions we had. Our stay was made extra special with the lovely touch of arriving to home made shortbread. Would definitely recommend Fiona's beautiful property for a weekend away and would definitely visit again!

  • We just came home from our trip and we wish our stay was longer. Fiona's place was amazing, cosy and clean. Spot on from the little touches to the beautiful area where the lodge is located. The communication was excelent and she was so kind to add decorations on our arrival as I wanted to surprise my partner for his birthday. She provides everything you need and a lot of tips on where you can eat and places you can visit. Our stay was so much better than we expected, we would recommend to everyone and would definitelly come back.

  • Own Acres is a really stylish and comfortable space in a perfect location for onward travel from Bristol Airport. It is sparkling clean and the breakfast items are a lovely touch. Ben was so helpful throughout and gave us a very warm welcome on arrival. The arrangements for leaving our car there whilst we were away, and transfers to and from the airport by Ben were excellent. Highly recommended all round.

  • Fantastic place to stay before heading to the airport - really lovely little apartment with everything you could need and loads of thoughtful touches. Ben even sent us a list of takeaways that deliver so we could chill before our v early morning flight! Great airport transfer and parking option too (really reasonable price, especially for a 5am drop off!). Couldn’t recommend more highly and will definitely stay here again when flying from Bristol. Thanks Ben!

  • Ben is a welcoming host and provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. For a very reasonable additional charge, he even let me park my car there whilst abroad and provided transfers to and from Bristol airport - even at an unsociable hour! Communication was dealt with ease and Ben was quick to reply to any questions. Accommodation provided peace and quiet with amazing views over Bristol Channel. I would not hesitate to use again.

  • A gem of a location, my best air bnb experience thus far.

    Antony2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • A great cosy place to stay in the Mendips. Great with the woods and walks straight from the front door and so close to Cheddar Gorge too. Very welcoming owners and some great local tips.

  • From the photos we were a little unsure about the position of the property, but it is away from the road and you do not feel at all overlooked in any way. It is a lovely space, larger than expected and the walking from the doorstep really is an absolute joy with miles and miles to roam. Jonathan is a very considerate host, offered us wellies, bikes and lots of helpful information, plus was very speedy in replacing a broken corkscrew and cracked cafetiere - which was most appreciated! Many thanks Jonathan, we will most certainly be back....

  • An absolute gem. If you want a getaway in a nice quiet area with lots of opportunities to go for walks and treks, then we thoroughly recommend. The cottage is set on large grounds that back onto woodlands and a short hill climb that give some beautiful views of the area. We had two large dogs with us and there was room to set up a crate and dog bed without any access issues. The cottage is quite spacious and nicely done. It was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. Books, board games, DVDs. Tea, coffee and milk were a nice touch. Jon and his wife were very friendly, as was their dog Lola. We had a great weekend there.
