This beautiful studio has an amazing view from the top of the hill and is within walking distance to historical downtown, Restaurants, shopping, and a ton more! *Homeowner lives on site in the house above the studio* *dog must be less than 30lbs

Custom finishing's and large windows opens to a gourmet kitchen/ large common room, a half bath, 50" TV and high speed wifi. A sleep number king bed with a lavish full bath, makes relaxing easy. Walking to hiking trails, a 2 minute drive to FH downtown, 10 minutes to Scottsdale, or 35 minutes to Sky Harbor.

Spectacular lake views in every direction. Our 2-story Spanish home sits atop of a hill with a rooftop terrace. Breathtaking sunrise and sunsets can be seen for miles. Enjoy watching desert wildlife with coffee in the morning. Entertain with your family and friends by grilling on the balcony or hanging out around the fire pit. This home is just a 7 minute drive to the School House Boat Launch and 15 minutes to the Marina. There are numerous paths in the area for hiking and ATV riding too!

Cabin—2 Bed & 1 Bath with a large deck to enjoy your morning coffee or a nice evening dinner after a day on the water, hunting, or trail rides. There are brand new Split units. It is in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Roosevelt Lake, Arizona's premier recreational area. This two-bedroom, two-bath retreat has plenty of room for a family or a great getaway for a couple. It has a spacious patio with a cover and grill for cooking a nice meal. RV hook-up is also available for a small fee.

In the summer our population is approximately 10,000 and during the winter we increase to a population of approximately 40,000. Guest are walking distance from the Gold Canyon golf resort featuring golf fine dining and spa amenities. Gold Canyon is absolutely beautiful. There are Hiking trails and so much to explore.
