The 95 m2 house is characterized by its openings and unique volumes offering its occupants an extraordinary panoramic landscape. It has an equipped kitchen open to the living room, 3 bedrooms including a mezzanine with a total of 6 beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. It received the 2022 Archicote Award.

Ski locker. Close to all shops. Residence with keypad. Standard apartment cleaning is included. Linens and towels are not provided.

The apartment is located in the Résidence le Flocon d'Or. This residence is at the foot of the slopes, in the Vallée Blanche area of the Deux-Alpes resort. The Super Venosc gondola lift is right next to the residence. A return to the door of the residence on skis is possible (subject to sufficient snow of course). In summer, many hiking trails are possible from the residence. The Ecrins Park is accessible via the nearby Vénosc gondola.

Located in the heart of Venosc, it's just a short walk (+- 10 minutes) from the Venosc gondola, which connects you to the world-class ski resort of Les 2 Alpes.

Everything is there, but you have to go: Warning access: Narrow 4 km mountain dirt road accessible with a rugged vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or low-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From the beginning of December to the end of March, due to snow, the climb is only done by hiking, about 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.
