Hari was absolutely amazing, and his place was perfect for my 3 week stay. It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Marnie has an wonderful joy filled home and family. She is a gracious and concerned host and extremely easy to talk to and strike up conversation with. I could have talked to her for hours. Less than 10 minutes from nearly every store, restaurant and whatever else you could think of and her home and immaculately manicured lawn will make you feel right at home as well. If you have the luck and pleasure of staying here, I highly recommend it. You will jut be disappointed.

Another great night at Marnie's place!

Marnie's rooms are in the center of Salem, but not at the main street. So you get the advantage of proximity to everything and away from noise. The house and garden are in impeccable condition. The weather was hot during my stay and there is no A/C in the house. But opening the window at night (with mosquitos screen), solved the problem.

Another great night at Marnies! She is a true hostess and makes me feel very welcome in her home. I slept great the bed was very comfortable and the room perfect. There were others staying in the house but it's so spacious you wouldn't have even known she had other airbnb'rs. I'll be back!

Jim and Lisa's apartment was perfect for the four of us. My parents, husband and myself were traveling to Portland ME and stayed here for one night. They were very flexible about our check in time, which was great. The place was very clean and neat. They left us some breakfast items and snacks which was really nice. They also gave us great advice for a dinner place that was close by. There were many amenities with a tennis court/pickelball court/shuffleboard court. We did not get a chance to take advantage of these during our visit. We had our own parking spot and coded entrance. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

Jim and Lisa were exceptionally wonderful hosts and their home was as well. They were both so friendly and helpful and clearly made a very successful effort to make this airbnb feel like home for its guests. The appartement is exactly as seen in the photos and I would even go to say it was better than in the photos. The beds were extremely comfortable and all amenities imaginable were available as well as there being several snacks to our availability along with the many breakfast items (oatmeal, bagels, cereal, milk, orange juice, etc.). We adored our stay so much that we will most definitely be planning on staying again! I recommend this airbnb to anyone travelling in the general area as we visited Boston, Hampton beach, Nashua and Merrimack, and these locations were all within 45 minutes of the home – Great location! Overall you get much more than what's imaginable and it is better than a hotel by far! 5 stars for sure!

Great host and very nice place. Jim is nice and hospitable. The house is very clean and has almost everything you need (including bagels, yogurts etc). The whole community is quiet, and we loved it. Fireworks on Saturday nights!

This place provided everything for inside use or outdoor use! Gorgeous sunset views, anything you need in a kitchen, and PLENTY of room for any amount of guests in the living spaces and beds! My family used the kayaks daily and fishing off the dock day and night was abundant. The yard was perfect, really appreciated the fencing and the fire pit even more! The one next door neighbor was very pleasant and took my husband fishing on his boat too. Nice spot. You won't regret your choice if you pick this place.

What a wonderful cottage with so many extras. We had the BEST time. My son loved fishing and caught 2 wide mouth bass. Plenty of space and perfect for our family . Will definitely stay again if available!

Everything was fantastic here. The location on the lake was perfect. The corner lot gave awesome views. Less than an hour from Boston! The 3 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, and tubes were a great way to spend time on the water. The house had all the amenities you'd need for a bigger group. The grill worked well. Alison was super responsive and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

We came from western Massachusetts for a one night stay looking for the quintessential NH Lake living experience, and we certainly found it here. Quiet lakefront living deep in the woods of New Hampshire, your own bathroom and a clean, well equipped suite. Janet and Paul are very friendly hosts who make every effort to make your experience the best possible. They have a very friendly doggie, who loves to be petted. If you are a dog lover, which I am, this is another plus. The only slight issue one might encounter with this property is the steps, I would not recommend this location for anyone in a wheel chair, but anyone that can handle a few stairs will find this an ideal location. You will not be disappointed with this choice.

This place was absolutely breathtaking! The pictures seriously do not even begin to capture the essence of Janet & Paul's home. The lake is beautiful and their property is super cozy- Janet was the sweetest and made us feel right at home. The bed has a view of the lake so it was pretty difficult to move- but once we did we really appreciated the deck (right outside the room) with comfortable seating and incredible views. They have a dock and were kind enough to let us use their kayaks. We seriously did not leave the lake at all in our 2 days here! Wish we had more time. Thank you Janet & Paul, you are amazing hosts and your home is lovely!

Janet and Paul are the best hosts I've had in my airBNB experiences. They have a beautiful home and are exceptional hosts! The views, the lake, and the peacefulness make this a place for a getaway anytime! We will definitely be back! As the bnb saying goes,"we came as guests and left as friends". Janet and Paul were great hosts! They were so friendly and generous and their house is gorgeous. Right on the lake with gorgeous views and a private deck to sit on! The bed was really comfortable and everything was really clean. The bathroom is in a private location in their house right at the top of the stairs from the room. I didn't feel like I was in their space at all. We only stayed for one night on our way to our final destination but the spot was so relaxing that I would definitely go back for more nights just to stay in that area and enjoy the house and the lake.

This a a beautiful location and was the perfect setting for a family get away! Brandon was very responsive to questions- a great host! And the paddle boat, canoe, kayak and rope swing kept the kids entertained for hours! Highly recommend!

Lovely cabin on a beautiful pond...plenty of room--very accommodating hosts. Great deck off one bedroom and dining area--Sandy area below with fire pit--private small dock and kayak, paddle boat/canoe. One room with double bed and second has bunk beds (which hosts were happy to take down and push together into 1 larger bed--u fortunately not much room to move in that room that way but better for sleep for adult). Easy directions..easy entry with lockbox...

This was a perfect place for a long weekend getaway with my family. My boys loved the swimming and fishing in the lake. This was exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend get away.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Delia's place as we were in town for a wedding. Her apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Delia was an extremely accommodating, communicative, and friendly host. We were fortunate as we were able to meet not only her, but some of her family members as well at our check in. We all chit chatted for quite a while, with the guys shooting some hoops on their basketball court, which was great as it then felt as though we were staying at new friend's home. Delia was kind enough to grant some special/unusual requests that we had which was greatly appreciated. The area where they live is lovely, with parks, walking paths, and good options for restaurants. This was our first Airbnb experience, and we were definitely pleased. We would certainly consider staying here again, and would recommend to others as well.

A really nice place, with a really nice host, who went out of his way to make us feel comfortable, and who offers both comfort and through his art a look around through an Artist's eyes. How about that pre-revolutionary war fireplace...awesome!

We had a great stay at Paul's house. We had the entire first floor of the house to ourselves with a private entrance, bathroom, kitchen. Paul lives above with his own private entrance but we would have hardly even known he was there. He was very respectful of our privacy but also very open to helping if we needed anything. The house has been beautifully renovated with gorgeous variable-width wood flooring in the bedroom (my wife especially liked that) and a very modern and accessible bathroom/shower. Towels and bedding were supplied. There's even a "grand" piano to play if you're so inclined. The house is set back from the road and very private. We would definitely stay here again if we're ever back in town.

This is a very nice place, relaxing, quiet, comfortable. Very clean. we stayed there so we could visit Salem and Boston for two days. It was just a short 30-40 minute drive to both towns, in a nice neighborhood. We never heard or saw any of the neighbors, or Paul, but he communicated great through the Airbnb app, and was available constantly if we needed him. No issues at all.

Best host in the state of NH. If you need a quite and a private place, a place to rest and relax, a place not too far from the city not too close, then this is your place. You will love it.

Jenelle is very friendly and kind hosts whom you would enjoy befriend with/live with. I'm a traveler from China and I stayed there for the whole January with my daughter, and we had a wonderful time with her. As eager cooking learners, we both used the kitchen frequently (sometimes cooking three meals a day)--for she kindly offered varied culinary facilities for our convenience. For some special reasons I have to modify my Airbnb contract for several times, Jenelle handled the matter very efficiently and clearly. I am very appropriated for her kindly cooperation. By the way, Jenelle has a lovely dog named Leia, she always accompanied me and played with me when I was alone in the house (Jenelle is always busy working). I miss Leia very much now. I will remember Jenelle and Leia forever. When I travel to Haverhill next time, I will choose her home as my home again.

It was such a nice, comfortable (life home) property. It had many amenities for being a camp. Our vacation was filled with lots of relaxing with many things to do from kayaking, canoeing, grilling or just laying in the lake. We also loved that there was lots of wildlife in the pond (turtles, otters, loons etc). The camp is also is in a great area, plenty of rainy day activities within a reasonable distance. Thank you again for sharing your property with us. We highly recommend this place to others. If you need a relaxing getaway for a reasonable rate, this is the perfect place for you.

Cozy home on the water front. It has a cottage like feel with all the luxuries of home. The decor is cute with a spacious living room overlooking the water. It's beautiful at sunset! Quiet area with neighbors close on the left but it was fine. Beach area is nice but does have some muck in the sides in the water. Row boat, kayak, and stand up paddle board available and lots fun. Nice grill close to kitchen. Walking trail down the street is really great for hiking. Great location if you're looking for a quiet getaway from the city!

We had a great stay! House is simple, but had everything we needed. The pond is so quiet! Our trip was very relaxing! SO nice to have the grill, fire pit, canoe, kayak, & paddle board there too!

The place was great! Nice beach area to walk into the water or launch the kayak or paddleboard. The floating dock was good to lay out in the sun. The patio was nicely shaded and overlooks the water with a nice fire pit. Big living room and comfy beds although you won't want to spend much time indoors! We would return again!

This is a camp not a mansion it has great views and very relaxing loved the outside using the paddle boards , kayak and canoe if you love to have fun and enjoy the outside this is a cute perfect spot with all the toys !! The down side is the inside needs a cleaning

The house and Ryan are both fantastic - I stayed with my 5 siblings and we all had plenty of room. It is a great historic home with lots of character - we all loved it. Ryan was so easy to work with - he was flexible in setting up arrangements, super helpful, and easy to contact with questions. WOW...Patty's place is amazing!!! It is absolutely a big worth staying and making yourself at home during a trip. Patty is so nice that she made me feel so comfortable and relaxing staying with her. I enjoyed watching a part of Cinderella, listening to different songs of Adele in different rooms, making a super bowl of salad with using her spinner... All sweet memories... Most of all I appreciate the time that Patty spent talking to me and stories shared with me. Patty is a wonderful host. She made sure we had everything we needed, including directions to local sites and plenty of coffee and bagels the next morning. She has a beautiful house, with hassle-free access to come go as we pleased. Her home is spotless and as nice, if not nicer, than the pictures in her listing. Our accommodations were a fantastic value, and given the locality, would still be a great value even at a higher price. Access to public transportation into Boston is very close, so why drive into the city when you can park and take the commuter train? We both enjoyed our brief stay with Patty, and we hope that she has an opening the next time we travel to the Boston area. I would highly recommend staying at her home.

Nelson and Priscilla were ideal hosts. They will make you feel at home, preparing anything that you might need -- in my case, cookies and eggs :). The basement, which has been converted into an AirBnB space, consists of an entrance/kitchenette area and a bedroom/bathroom, separated by a wooden divider which can be latched to the wall. The entire basement is yours, and Nelson and Priscilla are very respectful of your space, so you will have plenty of privacy. The kitchen area has a fridge stocked with water, yogurt, and fruit. Very convenient for a late night snack or breakfast. The location is north of Boston, in a quiet, residential area with plenty of parking. You may have to deal with rush traffic, but it's a small price to pay for the wonderful company. Looking forward to visiting again!

I have been back a few time now which speaks for itself. Pricilla and Nelson where great hosts. Once again has very comfortable visit. This time I tried a few different breakfasts items from their menu that were great, nicely laid and with condiments that included organic maple syrup and ketchup!

Priscilla’s room is clean, spacious and very convenient for accessing both the Haverhill bus and train stations. Priscilla and Nelson were very welcoming hosts, they provided an excellent selection of homemade breakfasts and yummy cookies. I highly recommend Priscilla’s place!

Both Priscilla and Nelson are wonderful host. I was provided with delicious breakfast everyday. The basement is private with an attached bathroom. I loved the organic ginger tea and home made cookies. They even invited me over for dinner. The room had everything you will find in a 5 star Hilton.

I received clear and detailed instructions from Nelson while I was en route, and I appreciated them, because my GPS was not so clear, and I would had more difficulty finding them. Priscilla and Nelson provided an excellent place to stay while I was visiting Haverhill on business. The location was centrally located and provided easy access to both of the locations I needed to visit. I highly recommend both Priscilla and Nelson as hosts and appreciated their helpful guide as I became acclimated to the area. Since my visit was work related, the arrangement of the room, and the work space was perfect and made my visit much more productive. I plan to visit them again on my future visits to the area. The vanishing cookies were awesome!
