After a long day, cuddle up on the couch and watch a move in front of the fireplace. 4wd required a steep driveway.

This spacious, newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is a perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy the wildlife in peace. 3 bedrooms include 1 king, 1 queen & a full size bed. Situated in a private community on a 20 acre lake, this home is a short 15 minute drive to downtown Morgantown and 10 minutes to the I-79 / US-68 interchange. A large 12'x35' deck overlooks the lake in the rear. Ideal area for relaxing or grilling. Please note: we do not allow large parties.
