The house El Limonero (2-4 people, 40m²), ideal for a married couple with one or two children. Composed of a bedroom with a double bed measuring 150 x 200 cm, a full bathroom with a shower, a living room with an integrated kitchen, and a private terrace with garden furniture and views of the Sierra Nevada. Equipment: Central heating with electric heat accumulators, air conditioning, satellite TV, free WiFi throughout the enclosure and inside the house. Also available: bed linen, towels and a hair dryer. The integrated kitchen in a living room corner is equipped with: crockery, cutlery and other kitchenware, refrigerator with freezer, ceramic stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, electric juice squeezer and all the necessary utensils for 2 people. Within the enclosure there are the following areas for common use: parking, swimming pool (4×10 m.), barbecue, a space with washing machine and iron with board and terraces overlooking the Durcal River Valley. Extra services: In the complex you can enjoy sauna. This service is optional, its price is not included in the house price.
