Between Munich and Bad Tölz

My family and I have been renting the newly renovated and lovingly furnished apartment since September 2024 in a beautiful Upper Bavarian location. In the immediate vicinity is the metropolis of Munich, Lake Starnberg and Bad Tölz. The location is excellent for outdoor activities such as mountain biking or hiking. In winter, it is a very good starting point for skiing in Lenggries. Achsensee is 45/50 minutes away. Entry to the cross-country ski trails at Moosham or Ascholding are just 5 km away!

The natural material wood not only shapes the facade, the floor and the ceiling – it fills the whole house with its pleasant scent and creates a unique living feeling. The house was built in passive construction: in summer the massive walls keep the heat outside, in winter it remains pleasantly warm and cozy.
