Dream house with home cinema close to vineyards

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Chic 1 bedroom apartment centrally located

The apartment is located 2 minutes from the famous Lichtenthaler Allee . Bus stop 1 minute . Walking distance downtown 12 min. It is located on the 2 floor in the back of the building, very quietly located view of the countryside with balcony ,parquet floor ,USB socket , high speed Internet, Bluetooth speaker . Animals are not allowed. Cleaning fees of €40 are to be paid in the apartment! There is a tourist tax of €3.80 to be paid at check-in per person per day.
