Single Room to let in Clean House

Single room available to rent in a cosy, friendly and clean house in Leyton, East London. Location The house is in a quiet, residential area ideally located for visiting all parts of London and beyond. It is 5 minutes walk to Leyton tube station which is on the Central line with easy, direct access to Central London. 2 minutes to Stratford, the Olympic Park & Westfield shopping Centre, 10 minutes to the City and 20 minutes to the West End. 2 minutes walk to local bus services including night buses on Leyton High Road. Good links to all London airports including Stansted, London City, Heathrow & Gatwick and all major London Train stations are easily accessible by tube. Also excellent road links serving all parts of the UK. Local Amenities The local area has a variety of good restaurants, friendly pubs, supermarkets and shopping facilities. There are good local sports facilities in the area, these include a swimming pool, tennis courts, gym, golf range, ice skating and horse riding centre. There is a local park 2 minutes walk away and Epping Forest is close by. Accommodation The private room which is situated upstairs at the back of the house is light, airy and nicely decorated. It is fully carpeted, the furniture is in good condition and consists of a single bed, wardrobe, drawers and dressing table. Fresh towels and Bed linen are provided and changed on a weekly basis or when required. All other facilities are communal and available for guests to use. (The maximum number of people staying in the house at any one time is four including myself.) These include: Bathroom - on the same floor as the private room; it is fully tiled, with hand basin, toilet, bath and shower. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor of the house. Kitchen – This is on the ground floor and has a hob, oven, grill, and microwave and there is a breakfast bar to sit at if required. There is a washer/dryer also available for use. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided for guests to use and there is ample cupboard and fridge space available. Living and Dining area – Also on the ground floor it is comfortably furnished with wooden flooring. There are 2 leather sofas, dining table and chairs, desk space, computer and wi fi access if you need it. There is a 46" HD TV, all Sky and cable channels available, TiVo box, DVD, blu-ray player and radio/CD player. There is also a small back garden and on-street parking is available on request. Other Info English breakfast, packed lunches and supper can be provided at a small extra charge. Continental Breakfast, tea, coffee and soft drinks are included in the price. There is also a twin bedded room available for rent in the same house so ideal for a family of 3 or 3 friends sharing who want to spend time in London in good quality accommodation at a reasonable rate. Quiet, Bright, Spacious, Clean and Central

This is a quiet, bright, spacious, comfy room in my pet-and-smoke-free apartment near Camden Square. I'm 1.3km from Camden Town station (walk or direct bus), and 8 mins to Camden Road Overground. The room has a double bed, a large workstation, a mini fridge, and microwave. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with me. (I live in the lounge, which is my bedroom and office). My home welcomes all nice, quiet, tidy guests, and I'm open to longer stays for mature, responsible people. Just ask 🙂

Single room in friendly family home

A small cosy single room available in our Edwardian period home in a quiet part of Southfields, South West London close to Wimbledon tennis club, a few minutes walk to bus or Southfields tube zone 3. Central London in 35 mins. Bus stop at the end of the road which is a 10 min ride to Clapham Junction, from Clapham Junction it’s 10mins by train into Waterloo or Victoria. Room only suitable for people who are out during the day. One suitcase. No working from our home. No eating in the room.

Stunning, Dbl En Suite in Grade II Georgian Home

Built in 1697, our lovely Georgian Home is right next to Putney Bridge. Located on the first floor, a modern and contemporary room perfect for couples and the single traveller. We have lived in London for many years and love passing on our favourite local gems to all our guests We also do not charge a cleaning fee! Our prices include breakfast (cooked included) We also have another two rooms, on the floor above, which can be booked by the same party/family.

You’ll love my place where three bedrooms waiting for visitors. It is homely and comfortable . My place is good for singles and couples, business travellers, and families. It is one minute from Beautiful Gladstone Park with Playground, tennis courts, and sport equipment's. My place is close to Willesden Green Underground Station on the Jubilee Line, Zone2. In half of an hour one can be in the heart of London, Oxford Street, Bond Street, Trafalgar Square.
