The listing is located at the beginning of the pedestrian area of Saverne. You will have easy access to bars, restaurants, shops. As well as the Château des Rohan just a short walk away. You will be ideally located during the seasonal festivities (beer festival, music, carnival, Christmas market). Close to the train station and free parking nearby. 31 m2 studio ideal for a couple, comprising a living room with a large bed, an equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The cottage was completely renovated in 2024, it is an old Alsatian barn with three bedrooms on more than 180m² and a large living room to have a good time. Adjoining our house, you access it through a private entrance. From the house, you can enjoy nature through many hikes and you are a short drive to all amenities. Our studio is also a privileged place for remote work: our co-working space is accessible

Located 5 minutes from Wingen sur Moder train station (45 minutes from Strasbourg by train).

2 furnished rooms

2 rooms of 40 m2 adjoining the main house. Private entrance, 2 parking spaces. Small bedroom with large bed + sofa bed in the common area. Baby: bed + bathtub possible. Child: booster seat + toilet adapter. The tap water is very good! NON-SMOKING AREA 10 minutes from Saverne train station by car and less than 30 minutes from Strasbourg by train. Venez près de Saverne passer un moment agréable dans un 2 pièces cosy où vous vous sentirez comme chez vous :) Vous y trouverez un accueil chaleureux et tout le confort nécessaire avec 1 chambre , 1 salon avec cuisine ouverte et 1 salle de bain. Vous pourrez profiter du jardin avec jeux pour enfants. Nous ne sommes pas très loin du Royal Palace de Kirrwiller.
