This very bright and beautiful house is in the best location and directly near the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town (about 5 minutes to the arcades and the train station). Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor pool, outdoor pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the highway connection. For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment is located on the edge of Nattheim, not very far from the edge of the forest and the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The distance to Legoland in Günzburg is about 25 km. The Steiff Museum in Giengen can also be reached in 20-25 minutes. Ulm is 15 km and there you have a lot of opportunities to pass the time. If you want to get more in the nature, you can visit the ice age caves in the Lonetal and Achtal valleys. A parking space is directly on the property. In the village, there is a bakery and a butcher. Other shopping possibilities are in about 6km.
