Bartholomä is a health resort on the edge of the Swabian Alb, perfect for hiking, biking and nature excursions. The A7/A8 can be reached in 20–30 minutes.

The bungalow, completed in November 2020, is located on a fenced property with an area of 500 square meters. The accommodation is heated with an automatic pellet stove with a viewing window. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The room with a double bed is separated from the room with a bunk bed by a wardrobe. Wi-Fi with 250 Mbit/s is at your disposal. The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.

My 80 m² apartment with balcony can be used individually, whether 1-2 couples, the whole family or professionals. For additional guests (or if a queen-size bed is used by only one person), a sofa bed or a comfortable mattress for the floor is available. In the immediate vicinity you can reach everything that Heidenheim has to offer: Aquarena, Brenzpark, Hellenstein Castle, Voitharena, baseball stadium, CC, theater, arcades, but also a lot of nature with hiking and biking trails.

You'll stay in a beautiful house on the edge of town, right by the water, on the bike and hiking path. Königsbronn and Itzelberg train stations are each about 900m away. This very bright and beautiful house is in the best location and directly near the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town (about 5 minutes to the arcades and the train station). Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor pool, outdoor pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the highway connection. For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

For the 5th and 6th person, the third bedroom "Dachstüble" can be booked for €15 per person/night. It is accessible via the stairs in the interior.
