The location of the villa is ideal, just few minutes away from the center of Tkon where are restaurants, market, taverns with home-cooked food and wine. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen with a dining room that has a large balcony overlooking the sea. The apartment is 60m2. Within the building there is a sun terrace, from which you can go to the beach. The apartment is perfect for a family vacation with children. We are located in Tkon, on the island of Pasman, connected to the mainland by ferry lines with a 15-minute ride. Tkon has a market, shops, restaurants, a doctor and a pharmacy. In front of the house in the sea, you can moor a boat up to 6 meters on the buoy.

The first floor consists of a kitchen , dining room, living room and bathroom with washing machine. On the second floor there are two rooms with a double bed and a separate bathroom. The house has several terraces: a private one next to the house overlooking the city and the river and a spacious central terrace with a barbecue.

Contemporary Hidden Paradise is an isolated house located in a bay of Zizanj island. It belongs to the Kornati archipelago. Zizanj has no cars and is reachable only by private boat. There are 5 houses in the bay, all very private from each other. There is a restaurant 15 minutes walk away. Completely renovated, the house consists of an open-space with designer furniture, an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in glass cabin shower, a terrace with an amazing view and a private pontoon.
