Vila se ima prekrasne terase kojih najveća ima 50 m2 s roštiljem i ležaljkama i plažom koja je ispred same vile. Lokacija vile je idealna, svega par minuta udaljena od centra mjesta Tkon gdje se nalaze restorani, tržnica, konobe sa ponudom domaće hrane i vina. The value of the house is given by its exceptional position with the beach and safe port for your boat(up to 10 m). The house is a 110 square meters with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor and a bedroom,living room,kitchen and bathroom on the lower floor. There is also a private parking for several cars.
