On the ground floor there is the kitchen, on the 1st floor there are two bedrooms and the bathroom and above a panoramic terrace. One room is with the double bed and one with a single or queen size bed with the TV. Outside there is a garden and a pergola. Private parking lot. 10 minutes by car there are shops and shopping center.

In a nice beachfront Art Nouveau villa, with a private entrance, a large attic with a terrace facing the sea. All rooms are arranged with open sea and mountain views. The house is refurbished and equipped with the main amenities (air conditioning, thermal acoustic insulation...). Private parking space reserved for our guests, elevator. Wi-Fi.
