Welcome to Småtasjøveien 71 - a pearl by the sea. The property is idyllically located on Hitra and can be signposted with impeccable sun and view conditions. The property consists of a second home, an outbuilding and an annex. The vacation home has a living room/kitchen with stunning views, four bedrooms (incl. annex), bathroom and toilet room. The cabin has been substantially upgraded in 2016. The annex is about 15 sqm. Has a swimming pool where you and your family can enjoy sunny days fishing from land or boat. The boat is located in the marina about 500 meters from the cabin.

This unique place has a style all its own. A newly built cabin located at the edge of the sea. The house is recently completed and can be described as modern, sturdy and an extraordinarily good place for rest and celebration. There is also the possibility to rent other places within short walking distance, if you want to holiday together with more than there are beds in Skjåen. The marina is close by and there is the possibility to rent a boat and two kayaks during the rental period.

Huset i havgapet er ett koselig sted man kan besøke om man vil bare slappe av eller dra på fisketur, huset ligger ganske nært en fiskeplass og tursti om man vil gå tur ved sjøen. Kjører man videre utover i 3 minutter har vi butikk og ferge/hurtigbåt til øyrekka :) da kan man besøke Mausund-Bogøya-Sula for dagstur om man ønsker. Huset er ca 15-20 min unna Sistranda sentrum. Huset har ett stort soverom nede i første etasje og to mindre soverom i andre etasje.
