A stream is in the fenced backyard. 50 trees provide privacy and shade. The 4 bedrooms are spacious and 21/2 baths ensure no waiting! 2 decks. Golf, Finger Lakes, wineries, & breweries are close.

The cottage is part of Hilltop Dog Farm. We operate a state-of-the-art dog boarding facility, and we rescue and foster dogs who are in need of a place to stay. The farm sits on top of a hill overlooking a beautiful pond and wide-open fields.
