This colorful apartment was our daughter's before she joined the circus. It is centrally located in historic Cornhill. A short walk to the footbridge brings you to downtown, Rochester Art Supply, Dinasour Barbeque, and Rochester's historic Library. In the other walkable direction is a local cafe, the Genesee, Sushi and restaurants. This apartment has plenty of space and color. It has musical instruments, games, and a desk full of art supplies. Beware the sometimes inappropriate wall art.

My place is close to the airport, multiple colleges, family-friendly activities, public transport. You’ll love my place because of the quiet privacy, the people, the neighborhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families. There is a very good chance you will encounter two very friendly dogs in our yard. Skylights make this place a bright cheerful place no matter what the season. Washer and dryer with a large walk in closet .A train goes through about a mile away a few times a day.
