A beautifully decorated space that sits in the stunning Surrey Hills area. It’s warm in the winter and cool in the summer. A wonderful space that will make you feel calm and relaxed. Patio doors overlook farm paddocks which back onto the Sheepleas. A fantastic location - many National Trust properties nearby, walking distance to The Duke of Wellington pub and the stunning Grange Park Opera at West Horsley Place. Plenty of amenities close by with lovely village pub, village shop and church all within a few minutes walk. NOTE Cosy Christmas cabin available from the 1st December, decorated for the festive period. We can take booking beyond 3 months on request.

Step outside to gentle ripples, watch wildlife, or visit East Hoathly village with its café, shop, and pub just minutes away.

It has a king-size bed & Smart TV, bathroom with underfloor heating & walk-in shower, kitchen inc cooking facilities, table & sofa. Complimentary breakfast of cereal and juice, coffee and tea. Towels included. Walking distance of local pub/restaurant.

Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. Enjoy the setting of this romantic spot in the Surrey countryside. Our “off the beaten track” barn is the perfect rustic charm getaway. Tucked away , and directly beside a babbling brook, this stunning newly renovated barn has all mod cons and everything you need for the perfect break. 65 inch Sky glass tv, huge walk in shower, gorgeous kitchen with granite work tops and built in appliances. Nestled in the Surrey hills there are miles of gorgeous walks quite literally on the doorstep.

The Turret, a charming and quirky 2 bed cottage

The Turret is a quirky and unique place to stay. The open plan ground floor has beautiful arched windows, a traditional handmade kitchen with modern appliances, dining table, a large leather sofa and an LED ‘smart’ TV. The modern bathroom has a bath with shower over and quality fittings. Upstairs are two bedrooms. The master is double height and has a standard 4ft 6 wide double bed. The second bedroom has a small (4ft) double bed with a further single fold out chair bed/ mattress.

The Woodland Zeppelin (Outdoor Bath Available April to November) Our Zeppelin landed in 2017 and has been a popular romantic and lifestyle retreat, from busy lives, since then. The woodland Zeppelin is designed differently inside to the original Airship 001, to appeal to all couples and those who have enjoyed their stays with us, previously. This accommodation has no mains plug sockets and sparse mobile signal. It was designed by the architect Roderick James.
