Staying at Kate's place is a perfect decision: the location is great (it takes barely 10 min to Manhattan), tons of bars and restaurants, walking distance to the sweet bedford ave, center of Williamsburg were you can find pretty much everything! Kate and her boyfriend are super nice, attentive and they will solve any problem immediately (we had some issues with the wifi and they called the assistance Service a couple of minutes after I talked about the problem). It really feels like friends! Kitchen has everything you need and the restroom is always clean! Go for it!

The flat is easily accessible with the subway from the airport. Communication is great and Kateryna makes you feel super comfortable. She is always there to help you and she is considerate. The flat is clean and comfortable. It is close to restaurants and the L, G and J subway. I will stay here again! Thank you for everything!

Kateryna is very nice and welcoming and the room is warm and cozy. The apartment is very close to the L train and it's super convenient to get around. I really enjoyed talking to Kateryna and her boyfriend. Overall, it's quite a good experience for me.

Davis and Angela were great hosts, even though we didn't get to hang with them much. The listing is accurate and the apartment is very cool, in a great neighbourhood not far from Williamsburg's hot-spots, and with plenty of reading/watching material if you just want to chill. Davis was really accommodating and always responsive to IMs if we needed anything. We loved our stay - thanks so much!

Davis and Angela place its great!! Just like the pictures, but very spacious and well decorated. They goce you your space and make us feel súper confortable. Near by the J,M train that will get you to Manhattan in 5 mins. Williamsburg is a great place, you have cool shops and bars. We really love sating here!! Thanks Davis and Angela!!!!

We had a great stay at Andrew! He did his very best to make us feel welcome. He is a very nice guy as well. He was more around than expected, but that was no problem for us. The room is nicely decorated and more than big enough. The view is wonderful. And the biggest plus: the apartment is in the centre of Williamsburg, the most interesting and cosy neighborhood of New York City! On the downside: because the apartment is next to the Williamsburg Bridge, it is very noisy, also in the night and in the morning. Also, if you like to cook, the kitchen is very basic. And a big grocery store is a 10 minute walk. So this doesn't really invite you to make your own meal. Lastly, you have to walk up four (or even five?) flights of stairs. We didn't mind that much, but with suitcases it is a real exercise.

Andrew was very welcoming and responded promptly to our texts after landing, arranged to meet us conveniently outside the apartment and offered a beverage and tips on the area once arriving. The space was very clean and organized with fresh sheets and towels, plus the high ceilings made the whole apartment feel very spacious. The location was ideal for exploring all the great restaurants and shopping in Williamsburg, and Manhattan is just a short subway ride away. Finally the view from the apartment and bedroom is stunning, especially around sunset, and makes the walk up to the 5th floor totally worth it. Thank you Andrew, you were a great host and made us feel totally comfortable. I would recommend this space to anyone visiting the city, and we definitely hope to stay in your apartment next time we are visiting Brooklyn!

If you stay in Williamsburg, that is what you should expect. Andrew is a funny and crazy guy. We went to a pub, he gave us great ideas for the city and was always helpful. We really enjoyed the stay in the great neighbourhood and would recommend to stay with Andrew any time. @Andrew: Keep up the good work, just don't lock yourself out too often :-)

I really enjoyed my stay at Andrew's. The room was spacious and clean and at a perfect location in the middle of Williamsburg and close to several subway stations that made getting around very easy. I quickly felt at home.

Super hip(ster) area but not in the annoying kind of way. The location was amazing and Andrew is so awesome. I felt like I was just going to an old friends place the way he made me feel so welcomed. There are some awesome places to eat and drink there that are only a few blocks away. Highly recommend you staying here to get the Williamsburg experience :)

The perfect place for the New York traveler on a budget. The room fit me, two friends, and all our luggage with some standing room left to spare. The shared space is very minimal and does not get much sunlight. Overall the place is great to get a night's sleep as long as you're not intending to have a chill private space to relax, there's not much room for that.

This is the perfect stop for someone (or two) looking to have a quintessential New York experience. Located in central Williamsburg in Brooklyn, the neighborhood has access to it all-- metro, bars, restaurants, shopping. Cherri, the host is lovely and getting to know her was one of the best parts of our stay. Definitely not an experience I'll forget anytime soon.

Cherry is very sympathetic and discreet, it provided you with the right information early on to make your stay easier. The apartment is charming, clean and comfortable it is located close to the Bedford Avenue that is filled with fun little bistros shops and restaurants. the subway is located 10 minutes walk to get to Mannhatan. Yes we recommend it.

We spent a week in Cherri's flat and had an enjoyable stay. The area felt safe with a lot of families walking in the streets quite late in the evening. It is a quiet area not far from the cafes, shops and restaurants of hip Williamsburg (15-20 mins walk). The flat is very well positioned for public transport, only a couple of stops away from Manhattan on the subway. We had a smallish room for the three of us with a very comfortable bunk bed. We slept very well (no noises as our window overlooked a courtyard). Our exchanges with Cherri were easy and amicable and check-in/check-out ideal (no check-in times which suited us perfectly). Thank you, Cherri!

Cherri'a place is great. A really good size and excellent value for money. Close to lots of great restaurants and nightlife and easy to get to public transport. Cherri is really welcoming and her instructions to check in were really simple and easy to understand.

The location is quite convenient, about a 5 min walk to the nearest subway station into Manhattan. Very nice stay at Nicolas appartment! His flat is great located, huge rooftop and we loved this industrial style. Nicolas is a great host, very kind and always aware of your comfort. Stop thinking, GO THERE!!

My girlfriend and I were looking for a reasonably priced place to stay in New York after spontaneously booking flights to NYC over New Years. In our search we found Nicolas' offer and since it looked nice we decided to book it. Nicolas was a friendly host, the room was clean and so was the whole accommodation more or less (especially the kitchen area as well as the bathroom could've been more clean if you ask me). Speaking of the bathroom, because there were always at least seven people living in the apartment during our stay (Nicolas, his two roommates and four airbnb-ers), taking a shower or using the lavatory was sometimes kind of a waiting game. Also, if you book the room with the bunk bed be prepared for a quite small private living area and a very narrow bed (the size of the mattress is about 120x200cm, which in my opinion is a little too narrow for two people). Aside from that the bed was quite comfortable though despite the lacking slatted frame and bed frame. All in all I will definitely consider this place next time I go to New York due to the very friendly and nice atmosphere in the apartment and its proximity to the subway to Manhattan (depending on which train you take the next station is about 7min ("Broadway"-Station (J-Train)) or 8min ("Montrose Av"-Station (L-train)) away. I would recommend booking the other room though as it is much nicer than the one with the bunk bed!

Nicolas was a very friendly and welcoming host. He gave us good information on how to get to his Place. Nice Apartment, Nice neighbourhood. We had a late flight out, and he let us use the Apartment the Whole day without extra cost. The rooftop was a grat Place to have a glass of wine and lokk over to Manhattan at night. I would recomend this Place. A bit hot in the room.

Excellent stay, value for money, good location, handy to several subway stops, and 2 major lines. Stayed in both rooms, both good, but larger one easier and more comfortable. Handy use of fridge and cupboards, place was always clean. Nicolas and roommates approachable and happy to answer any questions.

I had never tried AirBnb before this trip. I loved my stay in Nicholas's place! I had a great time and was super lucky to have stayed with such incredible people. Great apartment in a unique Brooklyn neighborhood! I was there to check out a view music venues over the weekend and the place could not have had a better location. Not even a 5 minute walk to subway stops, coffee shops, grocery stores, bars and restaurants. The neighborhood itself is also very safe. The second I met Nicolas, I sensed only good vibes; he made sure I had everything I needed and made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire stay (also gave some advice on places to check out in the neighborhood which is always a plus). His roommates were great too! The room I stayed in was private (had its own door) with a comfortable, lofted bed and PLENTY of space to fit all my clothes and bags. There was a fan in the room which you could easily turn on to help cancel out any noise or to keep on if you like background noise in general. Nicolas provided me with my own drawer in the fridge as well. The bathroom was probably the largest I've seen in a NY apartment to date! I never had an issue with waiting for the bathroom and fresh towels were always available (although I brought my own just in case). All in all, I would recommend this place to everyone. You will feel right at home and you will have easy access to all Brooklyn has to offer.

I had a great stay with Steve in Williamsburg! The location is to die for. Only a two minute walk to the subway and 10 minutes to Manhattan, not to mention that this spot is right in the thick of the cutest little area in Brooklyn. Steve was a great host and gave us so many tips on where to eat and drink in the area. The appartment was a little ruggid on the outside but once we were inside, we felt comfortable and right at home. It was well-furnished, clean and had everything you would need. We were sad to have only stayed one night!

I had 4 friends and this place was great! It's right in the middle of everything and the rooms were super cozy and well decorated. I'd definitely stay here again!

Steve was super accommodating. We had surprisingly cold weather for May, and the heat in the building had been turned off, so Steve quickly sent over some space heaters for us. He always returned my messages in a timely and friendly manner. I would recommend staying here.

We loves staying in Steves apartment which was so nicely located. The communication was great and easy, and we had everything we needed in the apartment. The only critique would be that the basement rooms were a bit moist and damp.

Great little room in Brooklyn. Easy to explore Brooklyn and Williamsburg, and also to get into Manhattan.

Overall it was okay. Host was easy to communicate with. The place is 420 friendly- I wouldn't have reserved if I have known beforehand. There are all kinds of kitchenwares to use if you want to cook. The host does his best to keep the place clean but the apt itself is very old. There was no ac in the room but he bought one towards the end of my stay. A stool in the room was too high for the desk and was not comfortable to use The place is usually quiet but over the weekend people in neighborgood go partying till past midnight. This place would be a nice place to stay for couple nights max- not for 2 weeks like myself. The neighborhood feels shady at first but there is a police station less than a minute away and is a very safe area.

The room is nice and quiet without any excessive outside noises (surprisingly for New York) The location felt safe and secured given there is a nearby precinct and also conveniently near a station taking you to the city in less than 15 minutes! The place is pretty great. A very comfortable bunk bed. North Williamsburg is definitely the neighborhood to live in if you prefer somewhere with nightlife and good restaurants. Beware of the noise at night especially on weekends though.

Came back to visit family but didn't want to disturb them. Couldn't believe there was a place in this great of a location for the price so was concerned it might be shabby- Its not! The place is not huge, but is comfortable, clean, and did I mention the location!!! Highly recommended!

Great place to stay at - central, easy check-in process, super comfortable beds, had everything we needed. Only downside was the music from the bar below (we stayed there on a Friday night).

Perfect location in the center of Williamsburg. AC and big windows in the room so you can choose what you want. The room is locked so you have privacy and security! The area is quite calm but there's a bar under the appartemenent so bring some ear plug for the music, but otherwise it was calm. We didn't hear neighboor or people screaming in the street. I would recommand Madea and Ben's place. I've meet her, and she was really helpfull and cleaning the place.

What can I say about this place.. Madea was very helpful with guiding me to find it.. she even came outside to find me, interrupting her rest. The location is absolute prime and the room is clean and has good closet space. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Christina's place is a comfy, cozy refuge in Williamsburg- just a block away from public transit and close to restaurants and shops. She's a wonderful host, kind and funny and flexible. I've stayed there twice this year and hope to again.

Staying at Lavinias was my first airbnb experience, and it was a great one! She's superfriendly, the room and the flat are exactly as described, well connected and in a good neighbourhood. I can totally recommend this room, especially when the weather will be a little bit warmer it must be even more amazing as they have a backyard too!

There was no one there when we arrived, but Lavinia has all FOREGOING INSTRUCTIONS left ourselves so we could check easily. The location is ideal in the hip area Williamsburg, and close to the tube to Manhattan. The garden is also an added advantage! Cozy for breakfast or a drink. The room is small and dark, but value all right. Well not much storage space. Lavinia was friendly and helpful, but we have not seen much. The kitchen and bathroom are free to use, but you do not live alone and sometimes you should turn to wait here. After checking out we were allowed to leave until our flight in the evening our luggage without problems. We had a good stay!

Everything was wonderful. Lavinia was not at home when we arrived, the description of the key and get into the apartment were clear. The room is cozy, clean and loving. There is plenty of linens, terry towels and even little shower gel and shampoo as the hotel. The location of the apartment is perfect, you are fast in Manhattan and Williamsburg can be explored on foot. We would stay there again!

The place was as described and in a great area with access to the train, nightlife, and great eats! The room is a bit snug for two people but we made it work. It's definitely for the more budget minded/explorer travelers. Great stay overall.
