Front and sea view 180 degrees. ( I.U.N. code S1140) The apartment is bright, spacious, well-kept, cool. The sea always keeps company in all the rooms from which you will appreciate the sea breeze, the sound of the waves, beautiful sunsets to the west, the Moon on the sea, starry skies. Rich bookshelf, music nook, hammock, sofa, and armchairs for relaxation. There is no elevator, but the stairs are taken comfortably. The water is drinkable, but I added a purifier Wifi available. Pets are welcome.

My place is 5 meters from the beach, the garden gate opens directly to the sea. In the garden there is a beach with deck chairs and umbrellas, barbecue, shower, beautiful panoramic views. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups and pets. It is super equipped, all comforts, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven. COD IUN P3154. For the Security Decree, each guest must present an ID upon arrival.

The holiday home is close to the center and yet very quiet. You can only get there on foot, which makes it difficult to transport luggage. We always found a parking spot. The apartment was very clean, tidy and fully equipped. In the kitchen there were spices, teas, coffee,... and in the bathroom soaps, shampoo, hair dryer, etc. We found it very pleasant not to find a TV. The WiFi connection was always good and stable. It is worth mentioning that there are some steep stairs in this house. We enjoyed sitting on the roof terrace and looking over the roofs of Bosa. Restaurants and shopping were in walking distance. We were able to cycle back to the beach easily. We found the rocky beach on the north side of the Temo River to be a special feature. Communication with Paolo was always friendly, fast and courteous. We highly recommend the cottage.

The Sardinian house in the valley

Lovely house in the hills 8 mins from the very pretty town of Bosa and 10/20 minutes from a number of beautiful coves and beaches. Stunning coastal drive up to Alghero for a day out - but house is so peaceful you might not want to leave. Check in super smooth with Gianni, and Ramona, who explained everything clearly. Pool well maintained and a gorgeous kitchen garden. Plenty of great places to eat in Bosa - we particularly recommend Essenza Al Borgo Sant'Ignazio. Extremely well equipped kitchen for cooks. We had a fantastic week and felt immediately at home. Don't worry about the proximity of the train track, the train only comes once a week on Sundays and is an absolutely charming old one carriage tourist train. Thoroughly recommend.

Located in the middle of the vineyard, this apartment offers everything we needed for a relaxing holiday in this beautiful corner of Sardinia. The two apartments are located on the upper floor of a villa with a large terrace in front, where you can relax wonderfully, from which you can watch the sea and the sunsets. Both apartments are family-friendly due to the respective second room. They are managed by Stefano, the son of Emidio. Stefano can be easily reached via WA. We believe a vehicle is essential for shopping, visiting the beaches or visiting the nearby towns.

Seaside villa with private garden

Paolo and Francesca's cottage is lovingly and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home Francesca welcomed us and explained everything in detail. The cottage includes the ground floor apartment, a covered outdoor terrace, a beautiful garden, two outdoor showers and a barbecue. Inside there is a living room, a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, gas stove and microwave, three bedrooms and a beautifully designed bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. In addition, there is a clothes rack and a very good umbrella for the beach. Francesca had bought us the first groceries and gave us a bottle of good wine. Thank you! The dishes are made up of beautiful plates and cups. The area is quiet and the main beach is only 150m. Other beaches and the large supermarkets in Bosa can be reached in a few minutes by car. Parking is right in front of the house. We will be happy to come back, grazie mille Francesca!
