The sea always keeps company in all the rooms from which you will appreciate the sea breeze, the sound of the waves, beautiful sunsets to the west, the Moon on the sea, starry skies. Rich bookshelf, music nook, hammock, sofa, and armchairs for relaxation. There is no elevator, but the stairs are taken comfortably. The water is drinkable, but I added a purifier Wifi available. Pets are welcome.

Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Il "Nido" is only 5 min away from the nearest beach by car, it's surrounded by vineyards, silence and peace; each room overlooks the main terrace with an open panorama on the gulf. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, private parking and back terrace, you can enjoy a ravishing hot shower on the sunset. The builiding was renovated in Jan.2025 while kitchen and bedroom a few years ago in a simple and cosy style, in our house you're going to fill you up with BLUE, relax !

The small house of Via Pia is a small historic house from 1880, typically built with local stone: the black basalt of the Abbasanta plateau. "Little house," because everything looks small... the small windows, the bread oven, the yard. This apartment is not designed to be rented. I recently renovated it in a contemporary style so that my wife and I could escape from the routine in our beloved Porto Alabe. At the same time, I am proud to share that wonderful sunset view with people who, like me, love that light feeling of freedom and wonder.
