Wonderful apartment with all the trimmings. Slept very well in the beds. Sunny balcony with lounger. Plenty of space in the closets. Very nice bathroom. We felt very comfortable all around. The landlady was also extremely friendly. I can really recommend the apartment. Horsepower If you want to go swimming, you can walk to the lake in 4 minutes 🏝️🫶🏊

Great place to stay, exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and sauna, pool and whirlpool can be used at any time. Communication was also problem-free and always helpful. We fully recommend the place.

We had a wonderful stay with Iris and her family. We were given the opportunity to check in early, which we cannot thank Iris enough for. The accommodation offered everything you need and we got some helpful tips that made our stay that bit extra special.

The apartment is lovely and has everything you would need, plus more! The view from the balcony was incredible and we were able to use it due to the lovely weather we had. The other facilities were great too, like the ski equipment room and the indoor pool, although that could have been warmer 😊. There was plenty of room to park in the car park and I have to say that it is absolutely essential that you have a car because you can’t walk to any facilities outside of the apartment, apart from one restaurant at Hotel Handlerhof, which is absolutely lovely and is a must to go there for dinner. The other restaurant is at the Hintermoos ski centre called Riverside, which is ok, but you couldn’t walk there even though we were told you could. The apartment is at the top of a steep hill, so even walking down hill would probably take at least half an hour but walking back up would take you double that. Overall a lovely holiday and we would definitely return.

wow, what more can you say about this place. it is in the most beautiful location, hidden in the valley with wonderful views either side. Franz and family were lovely and accommodating, really helpful before arrival, and during my stay. I was working remotely for a few days, so did not get to enjoy the local bars and restaurants, but there was a very convenient large supermarket at the bottom of the road. Despite the wet weather, I went on runs and hikes in the area, crossing over the border into Germany, and the surroundings are beautiful. There also appears to be a very reasonable priced swimming pool nearby which i wish i was able to make the most of. Travel on the 180 bus from Salzburg Hbf was also very easy. Being able to enjoy the terrace come rain or sun made the whole stay very peaceful and enjoyable. there is a small kitchen to make some meals, the bedroom and living space is well equipped, and the private bathroom is also very good. Pleasantly quiet location and only a few hundred meters from the Kohlmais valley station and the Learn to Ride Park. Spacious apartment with everything you need. Highly recommended also with children.

Very comfortable place to stay. Beautiful lake and mountains can be seen right from the windows. Private area for a cozy holiday. There are many restaurants and other entertainment places nearby. We were very satisfied with the weekend.

Had a lovely stay at Carina's place. Her husband picked us up from the train station and offered to drop us back after checking out. Communication was fantastic and Carina sent recommendations of activities we could do based on the weather. Everything was clean and tidy. Only improvement I would suggest is some additional things such as tea, coffee, sugar etc. Location was great, scenery in the area was fantastic, with a lovely walk along the river into the town. I highly recommend a stay here, in summer anyway!

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

The place was clean, cozy, and above all in a beautiful place. Absolutely sufficient kitchen amenities. What was absolutely TOP such a comfortable mattress. The host who greeted us with a smile was very nice and was in contact with us even during the stay. 10/10 I recommend :)

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

We had a wonderful week. The cottage run by Maikel and Britt is beautiful and very well located in a medium mountain setting (1350 m) located at the foot of the Hochkönig in a bucolic and relaxing setting. Maikel and Britt are very welcoming and friendly, always present for good advice. The cottage is very clean, spacious, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The sauna is very useful after a good walk. The village of Mühlbarch am Hochkönig is located downstairs 5 km away in a small valley in the center of many hikes and also a family ski resort. We would recommend it.

The Chalet was exactly as the photos portrayed. It was well appointed with plenty of furniture for everyone to be comfortable as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. We did have some confusion when we arrived to find the two bunk beds had not been fitted with linens. We were six people - one couple and four singles - so we had expected to be able to use all of the beds. The solution was simple, we moved the linens from the other half of the two king beds, but we were surprised that all of the beds were not made. The only other issue was regulating the temperature in our bedroom. We kept the window open all day so that it would cool down enough for us to be comfortable sleeping, but by the middle of the night the room was quite warm again. (We could not leave the window open during the night due to street noise.) All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Chalet.

Really nice apartment for 4 people. Close to everything. And Andreas was very quick to respond. ⭐️⭐️
