Easy to get to by public transport. Skating rink in Vesankajärvi in winter and a sledding track. Disc golf course Vesala monttu 2 km, Petäjävesi 20 km. Laajavuori 9 km.

From the dock you can take a dip in the water and in winter there is an ice hole at the end of the dock for the more adventurous swimmers. Lähimmät laskettelurinteet ovat noin 3 km päässä ja keskukseen on matkaa noin 6 km. Viikonloppuisin voi käydä Himos Areenalla kuuntelemassa artisteja ja nauttimassa hyvästä tunnelmasta.
