The building has a laundry room and sauna that, when needed, was promptly attended to by the hosts, who were always available and always extremely friendly and attentive, and were clear and precise from the entrance to the exit. Our host Candela was so helpful in answering all questions and communicating all the necessary details in advance of our arrival. When we arrived, everything was just as expected, and even better. The house, large and charming and super clean, was equipped to meet all of our needs. The only things we needed to purchase were the foods and drinks for our stay. The back yard was blooming with flowers and well manicured, and was a great spot for young boys to run and play, and for us to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. We enjoyed doing our own Parilla at the outside grill and kitchen. There was more than ample furniture, inside and outside, large tables and many chairs, and large comfortable sofas and beds. The place had a warm and cozy feel, and it felt like home when returning to it, after hours out exploring Buenos Aires. This location in Palermo was fabulous, as you can walk in any direction and find coffee shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, markets, etc. very near.

From the moment we made the reservation, my girlfriend and I felt very welcome. Our experience in Amilcar's apartment was excellent. The place was impeccable: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. Beatriz welcomed us with great kindness and was always available, with great willingness to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely choose this accommodation again. Highly recommended!

The place is exactly as in the pictures. The pillows and bed are super comfortable. Kitchen with necessary utensils. Bathroom with shower with optimal temperatures for the cold. The location is excellent because it is next to Porto Madero, you can walk all over Porto. Very good, it's really worth the stay.

Excellent mono-environment, fully equipped, good WIFI, building with 24-hour security and first-class amenities. The apartment is on the first floor but it is quite quiet. There are good cafes and restaurants just a few blocks away. 4 blocks from Subway B and several buses on the corner. Agustina responded very quickly to each concern. I recommend it 100% .

This place was perfect! I came to Argentina for a month and - as a bodybuilder and fitness enthusiast - I was looking for a home where I could easily explore the area while cooking for 5-6 meals per day and working 9-5 from my computer remotely. I got exactly what I wanted. Fully functioning kitchen appliances, a washer/dryer in the basement of the building, two bathrooms, and a beautiful space that separates living area from sleeping area. I would absolutely stay here again. Furthermore, I probably WILL stay here again in the future, as it made it so easy for me to work from Buenos Aires like I was home.

Very nice and functional apartment with great views of the city. It was nice that the basic things like cooking oil and salt an pepper was in the kitchen to be able to cook the first meal. Micaela was very friendly and available through the whole stay. Would definitely return.
