Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war wunderschön. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Man findet alles in der Küche was man zum kochen benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Gastgeberin war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit bei allen Anliegen. Auch der Manager Jannis vor Ort, hilft bei allem. Großes Danke für seinen Einsatz heute Morgen als unser Auto nicht angesprungen ist. Wir würden die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen.

Veronique was super responsive, kind and friendly. I enjoyed the location as it was in a quiet neighborhood, but close to all of the action in Las Terrenas. I loved the location where I needed to slow down and enjoy the comfort of like being at home. It had everything needed to serve up great home cooked meals. I only ate out twice during my stay and enjoyed utilizing a quad to explore the town that Veronique had waiting for me upon my arrival. I will definitely stay here again and probably will; same time next year. The home didn’t disappoint and the pics are exactly what was presented. There is a true up of electricity usage at the end which came up to about $10 US for the 9 days of my stay.

highly recommend this place, exactly as pictured and described. the apartment is located in a shared villa so you will be sharing space with others, including the pool. it is also located up a dirt road, but still in a good location because it isn’t far up the road and there is a small store/colmado directly outside of the apartment. both the pool and apartment are beautiful and i would stay here again. host was very responsive and helpful always.

Our stay was excellent! Starting with Olimpia allowing us an early check in since our flight was so early. The house was clean and the staff so friendly. The house is in an urban neighborhood, all the neighbors are very nice and kind. Tons do go around the property. The main space is perfect for groups that want to have a nice time. I traveled with friends to celebrate my birthday and the house was perfect. I was able to reach out to Olimpia for recommendations and she also helped us organize a trip to Ermitaño that was incredible! Thank you so much cannot wait to be back.

Una de las mejores villas que he ido. Valió 100% la pena, ocupada con elementos premiun. Todas las camas SUPER cómodas. La playa relativamente cerca. El trato excelente de todo el personal. Nos sentimos muy complacidos.

We had an amazing stay. Our room was a short, BEAUTIFUL walk to local beaches. Our room was clean and looked just like the photos. We had dinner a lovely dinner at their restaurant, the ceviche was amazing! Overall great experience!

We spent two wonderful weeks at Casa Pauli. The house is grand, tasteful and spotless. The 1km walk to the spectacular beach was a daily treat (really) with beautiful landscaping throughout Residence Esperanza (and other breathtaking properties to gawk at). We loved Chef Luis’ delicious dinners (cheaper than eating out!). This is a tastefully decorated and expansive Villa, with lots of comfortable spots to sit, relax and enjoy the view. We all loved our stay. And, we took a particular shine to Nanci, our very hard-working, diligent and charming caretaker. Nanci made our holiday extra special. We hope to return. Thanks to all.

Julissa fue muy amable, atenta y se aseguró de que todo estuviera perfecto desde el principio. Alba, la señora que cuida la casa y cocina, fue súper dulce, servicial y acogedora; su comida estaba deliciosa y nos hizo sentir como en casa. La casa es preciosa; amplia, limpia, decorada con mucho gusto y muy cómoda. Se siente como un refugio tropical privado, rodeado de naturaleza y con acceso fácil y rápido a la playa. Tranquilo, relajante y todo lo que esperábamos. Un lugar de volver a visitar.

Excelente alojamiento, es un paraíso y estaba todo muy limpio y ordenado, lo recomiendo 100%.

Our stay at Fabien’s beachfront apartment in Las Terrenas was exceptional. The property is impeccably furnished and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-stocked, catering even to those who enjoy cooking. We appreciated thoughtful touches such as a welcome basket of local fruits and a selection of toiletries, including sun protection products. Fabien was a gracious and attentive host, ensuring our experience was seamless. The location offers easy access to the beach and nearby amenities, making it an ideal choice for a relaxing getaway.

Tim’s place is great, it’s a convenient location, with good WiFi, a quick walk to the beach, and super clean.

Grande villa con bellissima piscina e giardino con molta privacy a dieci minuti dalla spiaggia. Un posto veramente bello e con tanto charme dove passare una tranquilla vacanza in famiglia o con amici. Unico difetto, alle cinque del pomeriggio finisce il sole in piscina perché la vegetazione è molto alta e alcuni elettrodomestici di casa (es. lavastoviglie e frigorifero) sono un po’ vecchi. Jose Manuel è stato sempre molto disponibile e ci ha fornito un sacco di consigli su cosa fare e vedere a Las Terrenas.

without a doubt the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in. the view alone wad worth ten times what the place cost. I will never stay another place when I go to samana/ las galeras. if you don't stay here you are missing out.

Estadia muy agradable, lugar muy tranquilo, relajante, la piscina del residencial es genial. El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades tales como agua caliente, aire acondicionado, internet, televisión, cocina a gas y con utensilios para cocinar sin problema. La ubicación es perfecta, solo cruzando la calle para llegar a la playa, un lugar muy recomendable al que regresaría sin dudarlo. Kya, la anfitriona, muy pendiente de todo y siempre disponible para resolver. Muy agradecido con todo, ¡espero regresar pronto!

Really enjoyed my time in Comatillo. Don't get me wrong the villa is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, but what really made me fall for this place was the surrounding area. Located in the confluence between 2 rivers (Comate and Comatillo) it is peaceful and magical. A pristine countryside marvel with the luxury of modern amenities.

Vista hermosa, espectacular e inigualable! Como Dominicana que soy, puedo decir que es de lo más bello que puedes ver en RD. Nos encanta Vista Mare! El apartamento de Yris tiene una se las mejores vistas :) es un anfitrión muy amable y activo, está pendiente a tu estadía y comodidad. Sin duda un lugar excelente para pasarlo en familia. Muchas toallas y sábanas, lavadora!… Hay que tomar en cuenta que no tiene mucho espacio para poner tu ropa o cosas, tiene 1 solo baño, utensilios en la cocina muy limitados o pocos. Cuenta con un restaurante (calidad media) y piscina con vistas hermosísimas. Hemos comido muchos mangos gratis, ya que caen del árbol cuando es temporada:) La playa es simplemente maravillosa, es totalmente privada y aguas limpias! Sillas y mucha sombra para pasarla bien en familia. Puedes visitar: playa las galeras, playa rincón/ caño frío, la playita/Javo Beach (mi favorita). Excursiones recomendadas: Cayo Levantado, Los Haitises. Sin duda volveremos!! Gracias
