The space is beautiful and even though it was a bit further than I expected, it was easy to find! We took amazing pictures there and everyone loves the background. The property is well taken care of and very spacious. Great communication with the host she was very helpful from beginning to end and great communication and help from the on-site workers. The only thing that may be a little bit frustrating was that one of the workers would constantly be cleaning the pool and jacuzzi and while it was necessary because bugs would land in it often, my guest and I felt a little uncomfortable. He didn’t wait until you left the area or try to walk far away from where you were. He would walk right by the house guest and would work close by. He also stayed in the lounge chair most of the day, my sister joked that she never had a chance to sit in the chair. Overall it was an amazing experience. If you think of it as a resort with a worker who is available and moving around you’ll really enjoy it.

Ulyana’s place was wonderful. A view from every room. Her artists touches were woonderful. I absolutely loved the condo. The only thing I would recommend is AC in the living room area instead of just the bedroom. Otherwise it was a great stay. She’s a beautiful hostess with an awesome spirit!! Thank you

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the common areas are very well maintained. The pool is excellent! We were welcomed by Anna, who is an absolute delight. The beach is just across the street, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. If you walk in the opposite direction of the beach, you’ll find even more dining options with more affordable prices. We could truly see ourselves living there. Highly, highly recommended!

I had a great stay here. There is more than enough room for up to 6 people to stay comfortably. You are in walking distance to a couple of mini marts for small items. It’s about 1.5 miles to get to downtown Punta Cana which was great. Jasmin was very quick with responses and help when needed. Great place.

Our stay at Nisibonn was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, Luz, our wonderful host, made us feel completely at home. She was incredibly attentive, warm, and always went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious—Luz was always happy to cook whatever we felt like, and every meal felt like a treat. The houses itself are cozy and welcoming, a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the stunning beaches and nature between Miches and Punta Cana. It’s a hidden gem for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with nature. We traveled as a couple with our dog, and it was such a pet-friendly environment. Even their sweet dog, Lucas, made our pup feel right at home. It’s not easy to find places that truly welcome pets, but this one exceeded all expectations. Highly, highly recommended—whether you're traveling solo, as a couple, or with your furry friend. We’ll definitely be back!

Maria, her family, and the staff went above and beyond. My family and I were visiting the Dominican Republic from the U.S. to explore the country as a potential new home. My Spanish is very limited, and I had some difficulty communicating with the staff. Without hesitation, Maria’s husband José offered to help translate. After learning about our intentions, the family brought all the ingredients for a traditional Dominican BBQ, prepared by the staff so we could experience it. Juan and Julia made sure we had everything we needed during our two-night stay. Juan patiently spoke with me as I used a translator app and my limited Spanish, and even walked with my son and me around the property, showing us the beautiful landscape and abundant fruit trees. We were warmly welcomed and treated like family. The property is stunning, but the kindness of Maria, her family, and the staff made this the most memorable part of our three-week stay in the Dominican Republic.
