Rustic cabin in the heart of the Lakes Region, New Hampshire’s four season playground. Short walk to the beach or take our canoe and kayaks to explore Hermit Lake or go fishing. This camp is centrally located and easy to get to. 20 minutes to Winnisquam, Winnipesaukee, and Newfound Lake. Hiking trails nearby and the White Mountains are only 30 minutes north. 30 minutes to Ragged Mountain and Tenney Mountain and 35 to Gunstock for winter skiing. A perfect New England getaway all year long!

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. The large bathroom is accessed by both the master bedroom and living room and features on-site laundry. For guests who love to cook the kitchen is fully equipped and the deck is a perfect place to relax in the summer and enjoy the view. In colder seasons guests are encouraged to cozy up by the wood-burning stove or use the outdoor BARREL SAUNA.

CloverCroft, a 200+/- year old farmhouse, is located in the rich farmland of the Saco River Valley at the foot of the White Mountains. We go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. (Please note our mattress is FIRM and there is a long flight of outdoor stairs to access the suite.) COME ENJOY PRIVACY AND THE GREAT OUTDOORS. There are many summer and winter activities very close by and we look forward to hosting you.

This carefully renovated barn is located in the hills of Fairlee, five minutes from I-91. A stand-alone private space with two spacious living areas and decks overlooking ponds and the mountains. You're welcome to bring your dog; please note there is a $75 pet fee for the length of your stay. With direct access to extensive hiking trails and minutes from Lake Morey and the Lake Morey Country Club there's lots of fun things to do.
