Holiday rentals with a pool in Saco River

The photos, while beautiful, simply don't do it justice - the reality was even more stunning. Our host was absolutely incredible. Their attention to detail was flawless, and their communication throughout our stay was prompt, helpful, and genuinely caring. You can tell they take immense pride in providing an outstanding guest experience. Everything about this stay was perfection, and we're already planning our next booking with Vacation Alchemy. The place is paradise. The property is huge and there a plenty of created spaces to hangout. The pool house for example is one of a kind. It has 3 separate rooms that are all very comfortable. The built in indoor grill is top notch! We had everything we needed while staying here for the weekend.

This was the perfect condo for our family of four! We were visiting StoryLand and being able to stay directly across the street was convenient! The condo was clean, TV in all the rooms and comfy beds! Keith was very responsive and helpful! We'd stay here again next year when we come back to StoryLand! Highly recommend!

The house is beautiful and the views are just breathtaking. From inside the house, you get a beautiful view of the lake and then the porch is amazing. You can kayak, use the paddle board or use the canoe. You can also sit by the lake and enjoy the campfire. The surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. The host is very responsive, solved all our doubts and was flexible with us during check-in and check-out, which we appreciated very much. At check-in, we were greeted by a great bottle of wine and chocolates, which was a great touch. The house also has a ping pong table, books to read and board games. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. We had an amazing stay, we highly recommend this property :)

Top notch spot and host!! We had such a great time at Alexa’s lovely home! It was so cozy, beautifully decorated, modernized, and had all the essential items you’d need - plus it is completely pet friendly! Our dog loved the fenced in yard with a doggy door to get out to it. The sauna, endless pool, and hot tub are just amazing amenities to have on site - that sunroom was my favorite place in the house to say the least! Can’t say enough about it and Alexa, too! She is super friendly, responsive, and had great recommendations for fun and good food in the area. Overall, it was just a wonderful and relaxing experience for our first time on the Maine coast and we can’t wait to visit again!

Wife and I had a great time at Fairley’s place. Condo was as advertised, clean with all the utensils you need. The resort has a clubhouse with all great amenities. Location is great! We would definitely like to rent again.

This AirBnB was a perfect winter vacation escape. It had everything we needed for our two families. The kitchen was so well stocked and we were never without. Great set up. My 5 year old begged to live there forever! We can't wait to come back!

The view is spectacular!!!!I could not stop looking at the view,the condo flat was clean and comfortable and the hot tub was perfect .Highly recommend .

We loved our stay and couldn't have felt more at home. Condo has everything you need and the hosts were so kind. Plenty of space for our family of 4 but could easily fit 6. Location is ideal for families to explore all Bartlett has to offer. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

We had 6 adults, 3 year old and an infant. Everyone had their own floor with bedroom and bathroom. The house was perfect for having seperate space for each family. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitley stay again. Storyland was right down the highway, maybe 10 minutes. I assumed from the description of the property that the pool / facilities would be within walking distance. It was necessary to take the car down to the resort.

A beautiful condo, just 20 minutes away from the heart of North Conway. Everything was in pristine condition and it is always amazing to have a kitchen at our fingertips. Beautiful views of the woods out back. Would definitely recommend to those coming to visit the North Conway, New Hampshire area and surroundings!!!!

Had a nice stay for a few days, easy access to North Conway, pool was a nice plus, would return!
