Perfect base camp for hiking in both Crawford Notch state park and hiking along the Kancamangus highway. Clean, comfortable, and although it was hard to tell from the pictures, the bath tub in the back had jets! Perfect for soothing sore muscles at the end of the day so you could get up and go again the next day. Thanks so much, Ace, for such a pleasant stay.

Wonderful place and is conveniently located in Lincoln just a few minutes drive from Loon Mountain and downtown.

My family had a great time here! Games - indoor and outdoor -, comfy beds, all ammenities were thought of... coffee, bathing needs, cute snack bowl and stuff for smores in the fire pit! My 5 yr and 2.5 yr old loved it. It was so relaxing and we were able to enjoy our friendss wedding in the area. Great time and would deffinitly stay again

We had a wonderful week in OOB at the Seabreeze 1 unit. Easy walk to the beach with plenty of room to spread out. Unit was clean and we were very comfortable there. Looking forward to returning next year.

We really enjoyed John’s place. Nothing fancy, but it had everything we needed and was clean. Looks just like the pix. Loved the deck overlooking the ocean! We had some trouble with the tv, and he came right over and took care of it. The only drawback was that almost everything around us was closed for the season, but they gave us a map showing restaurants that were still open. Great visit!

Tasniim is an amazing host. He is responsive, and his property is tastefully decorated and brand new!

This is an adorable place to call home while vacationing. Our family of five loved the short walk to the beach, the low crowds at the beach, the access to the bay and the beautiful sunsets! The stunning kitchen and beautiful amenities in the home were the icing on the cake. We would stay here every year!

Wonderful place to visit. Close to the beach great parking and many great places within walking distance of the room. Everything was better than we hoped and we can’t wait for the opportunity to go back in the future.

This was a great place to stay - it was clean and spacious. We stayed for a wedding close by and this apartment offered plenty of room for everyone in our party to get ready and sleep without feeling crammed. Plenty of towels and blankets - which is always a plus when multiple people are staying. Beautiful view of the Ogunquit River on one end and the ocean waves on the other. Less than 5 minute walk to downtown for coffee and food. Off site parking available right across the street for the extra cars was easy and inexpensive in the off season. Wonderful place. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future!

We had a brief stay at Michael's unit. It was the perfect location within walking distance to the beach and pier. The unit had all that was advertised and it was comfortable. Access was made easy with a wifi key on my phone. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful, albeit quick, stay and really appreciate the extra communication around possible weather coming in! Wonderful location !!
