A one bedroom (1 regular bed and a sofa bed), kitchen, living room, and large bathroom for either short term or long term. The place is just a few steps up from the ground on the 1st floor and has a little balcony/terrace with table and chairs to relax and catch the nice breeze and the view of the neighborhood. No smoking in the unit but outside in front is ok and 420 friendly. There is a kitchenette with countertop space, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, coffee, tea, oatmeal, popcorn, and sink. Mounted TV with Netflix is facing the queen bed. The open closet with cloth hangers includes an iron and ironing board.

This RV Campsite DOES NOT INCLUDE a TRAILER, you must bring your own. The campsite fits a trailer or RV up to 45 feet. It has power, 30 amp and water. You must be self contained. The campsite is on our property and surrounded by almond trees and crops. As guests you’ll have additional access to the pool. Laundry is available by appointment.
