Had a great stay. Very clean. Good location only few minutes from old town. Host was very responsive and helpful

This pristine, roomy studio was a perfect home base for our adventures in Sacramento. We could walk to the Railroad Museum, Convention Center, bookstores, pubs, and restaurants. Centrally located, yet extremely quiet.

I've stayed here before, and have been satisfied both times. Wayne keeps the place clean and it is furnished very nicely. Everything about it is comfortable. The beds are great, and the couch in the living room is super spacious and comfortable.

Absolutely loved staying here! Hosts were very responsive and incredibly kind. The location was great, my friend and I walked to several restaurants. We truly enjoyed relaxing outside and their leather couch is incredibly comfortable. If you want to play the pinball machine make sure you bring plenty of quarters! Lovely bathroom but if you are a self conscious person might be beneficial to bring some poo-pourri. Dish rack and rags are under the sink for easy storage. If you are Door Dashing food be very clear with your delivery instructions haha Thanks again for letting us stay in your lovely home! It was perfect!

From the beginning until the end of the stay, it was so peaceful, beautiful, romantic, quaint, and secluded! Can't say enough good things! 5+ stars!

Stay in Davis with Raymond as the host was a great experience. Check in and check out was easy. The place is clean and convenient to the Davis campus and everything we needed during our stay. We used the pool, and it was nice and well maintained. Every time I communicated with Raymond, his responses were quick and very helpful. The apartment was adequate, and served all our needs. The area is safe and quiet and all of the other tenants were courteous. If ever in the area again, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Place was easy to find , comfortable as well only problem I had was the sheet for the couch that turns into a bed was a bit dirty with hair and excessive lint . They had washers and dryers in the apartment so it was easy to clean myself a quick wash and dryer was quick to dryer it to put back on and sleep . Other than that everything was good !

Beautiful home, Went in a little worried from previous reviews about the burned building, but the place itself and where you enter in are separate and very nice! Instructions were super clear and they always replied so quick. The inside of the home had quite literally every we needed and more. I stayed with my husband, son, mom and sister and there was more than enough room. The place was so nice and clean and home-y I wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately couldn’t. Beautiful place, I’d def stay again!

I’ve been here before and loved coming back. The apt is clean, tastefully decorated, with a good layout. Everything I needed was there. Very quiet and felt safe.

Got the pleasure of staying here for a few days with my partner, absolutely lovely home that feels just like a home away from home! Would recommend to anyone looking to get away!

Mandy was a wonderful host! Her home had everything we needed and Mandy went above & beyond to support us during our stay with all the best restaurant & coffeehouse recommendations! We were visiting Sacramento to explore our son attending college & Mandy was supportive in our stay and even afterwards helping us as we look for a permanent residence for him! Mandy is super kind, easy to talk to, and knows Sacramento — you can tell really loves the area! The house is super cute! Fab location and all the amenities you need — even a milk brother for your coffee which is a huge A+ in my book! We’ll stay again for sure !

Place was great. Suited our needs. Wanted to be near midtown and downtown Sacramento. Short walk to everything you could need or want to see. We had no issues with our stay. I would warn anyone who has/needs ada accommodations. Thankfully we didn’t have anyone in our party that needed that. It’s stairs up to the front door for either side of the dual property. And the freestanding tub is tall. I almost tripped myself because im so short. Not a huge deal at all though. Just be mindful of bringing elderly or anyone who struggles with mobility. Lovely space. Loved the location outside of the trains but that’s not likely escaped anywhere in downtown/midtown Sacramento. I would stay here again!

A fantastic stay in East Sacramento. I needed to find a place near my grandkids’ school and this beautiful home was perfect. Entry was easy and the house was spotless. Great location and beautiful home with all the amenities. This is a gorgeous area of East Sacramento and as luck would have it there was a coffee shop two doors away. Restaurants in this area are plentiful and fabulous Owner was available with immediate responses to any of my questions. Have family in this area and certainly will be back. Lived my stay!!

This was my second stay. I came back because I knew everything would be just what I wanted. All the basic supplies were there--and more. He made it easy. The location was extremely convenient. And everything worked just as I expected it to.

Host was great! Only thing was that you can't put the A/C under 72 or the system freezes. Otherwise, super clean, spacious, and comfortable. Close to a lot of places and beautiful trees everywhere! Great stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Secret Garden Duplex in Sacramento’s charming Curtis Park neighborhood. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the fragrant jasmine blooming around the archway and lush, beautifully maintained landscaping that made the whole property feel like a peaceful retreat. The interior of the home was cozy, stylish, and thoughtfully appointed—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We especially enjoyed the comfortable living space and well-stocked kitchen, which made it easy to prepare a picnic dinner that we enjoyed outside in the garden with a bottle of wine. The outdoor garden area was a highlight—peaceful, colorful, and full of blooming flowers. We loved spending time there and taking in the lovely surroundings. We also took daily walks through the neighborhood, admiring the manicured yards, incredible plants, and charming homes that make Curtis Park such a special area. Highly recommend!

The overall stay was good, but the linens and towels were few. The kitchen had all the utensils needed to prepare a meal. however, the washer had an issue, there were a loud clicking sound when in use. also there was a strange smell downstairs, we figured it was something in the locked closet. finally, the wreath on the front door has a bird's nest in there, so when opening the door one night the bird flew into the front bathroom, we were able to get it out very quickly. someone should take care of that, don't want the little bird to get hurt.

The condo was amazing and perfect. There were a few things that were our of the host's control (such as neighbors suddenly getting noisy) However the host and co host kept communication and stepped in when they could. Overall amazing stay and so great full for them both.

was pretty cozy and close to old sacramento and downtown. right next to the freeway but if you closed the windows you cant hear it at all!

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

Great stay and great place! I was only at Danielle's place for a quick night but it was a nice-sized condo that met all of my needs.

I had a wonderful stay at Douglas’s penthouse. Everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything I needed, and all amenities worked perfectly. The location is amazing and ideal for walking to the many restaurants and shops in town. Parking was easy and he was very communicative throughout my stay. I would absolutely return, thank you Douglas!

Robyn is a great host, she was proactive and always very responsive. The home is very well equipped and clean. The openness via the patio doors in each room was all the fresh air we needed, there was rarely a need for the a/c. The area itself is very centrally located, with events for the public held at least a few times a week that are within walking distance. We would definitely return when visiting the area again.

Stayed here while my Mom went in for major surgery at Kaiser Morse. Perfect location for our base only 6-8 minutes away. We were able to visit 3 times a day and weren’t exhausted from commuting an hour + one way. Secure parking spots.
