Bredsanden, which is a fantastic sandy beach that is child-friendly, is secluded and is 200 meters away from the house. There is an option to fish in Lake Vänern without a fishing license. Equally close to all restaurants as to Byälven's waters with opportunities for swimming. The entrance to the apartment is on the ground floor. However, the apartment itself is on the second floor, one flight of stairs up.

New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Vänern. Kitchen area with fridge, stove, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and toilet. Air heat pump! Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left cleaned, clean and tidy! Welcome!

Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

If you don't want to clean, you can purchase final cleaning for SEK 1000 Sit back and relax with walks, fishing, sunbathing and swimming.

Värmlandsnäs ligger mitt ute i Sveriges största sötvattensjö, Vänern, och har ett rikt djurliv, både fåglar, hjortdjur och vildsvin.

In winter, you are close to the Åmål ski center and in just about 1 hour you can reach the Sunne Ski Center. Around Säffle you will find great grocery stores, Systembolaget, pharmacies, cafés etc.

The cottages are located on the edge of the forest above beaches and cliffs where you have a mile-wide view of all of Lake Vänern's islets and skerries. Cool off in the lake after a lovely forest walk or relax with a paddle ride in the mirror-like water.

Hike in the beautiful surroundings, run on Kilenegården's nice exercise track, bike or maybe rent a paddleboard.

Dream house near the lake with its own Jacuzzi

This newly-built unique accommodation, my home, is located in the heart of Värmland. Fantastic views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Large wooden deck with its own Jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the pasture that you have to go through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowboat by the lake that you can use freely. The boat is a little worn but works. Good fishing.
