Spacious terrace in a lush forest garden where chanterelles and berries usually coexist with moose and deer.

Lakeside, modern and newly renovated accommodation with private balcony and garden. 700m to Vänern (EU's largest lake), 500m to nature reserve Hammars udde that offers beautiful nature, rich bird life, nice hiking trails, burial grounds from the Iron Age and domarring from the Viking Age. You will also find Hammarö Archipelago Museum at the edge of the headland, which offers a unique collection of objects from the old fishing industry and an exhibition about life on the lighthouses in Lake Vänern.

Patios have the best south-west location, the lake is fish-rich and if you take a walk in the woods you will probably find both berries and mushrooms. Total relaxation is promised! In winter, you are close to the Åmål ski center and in just about 1 hour you can reach the Sunne Ski Center. Around Säffle you will find great grocery stores, Systembolaget, pharmacies, cafés etc.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. In the Vassvikarna, you can get both perch, roach, stare and big pike. With a small plastic dinghy you can get a little way out into the bay of Lake Vänern and if you have a kayak with you, it is easy to put in. You can also swim from piney mountains in the bay. At Värmlandsnäs located in the middle of Sweden's largest freshwater lake, Lake Vänern, the wildlife is rich. In Annebergsviken there are plenty of different kinds of birds.

Here you can relax, enjoy the view and nature with all the comforts of a spacious and newly built holiday home. The proximity to the beloved lake Ömmeln allows you to see the lake from all bedrooms in the house. The house is built with harmony in back tanks, for relaxing and socializing. Private beach and hot tubs for swimming. If you want to go out and explore the lake, there are two canoes. On the sun deck, you can enjoy long summer evenings with food and drink.

Dream house near the lake with its own Jacuzzi

This newly built unique accommodation, my home, is located in the heart of Värmland. Fantastic views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Large wooden deck with its own Jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the pasture that you have to go through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowboat by the lake that you can use freely. The boat is a little worn but works. Good fishing.

Welcome to this beautiful and modern semi-detached house. Here you live just 100 meters from Vänern's beach in a scenic environment. Enjoy swimming, fishing and forest walks right at your doorstep. A smaller marina is available with a launching ramp for guests with their own boat. Bed linens and towels are not included, but they are available to rent. Final cleaning is also available for purchase. Message the host and we'll get it taken care of.

Huset ligger i gårdsmiljö och är en av två flyglar. Till huset hör även en privat anlagd strand och brygga. I huset finns tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kyl, frys och en grill för härliga utekvällar på terassen. Vi har två kajaker och en roddbåt som kan hyras för 200kr styck eller 500 för alla per dag. Vi respekterar er privatspfär men står gärna till hjãlp. Vi pratar svenska, engelska och tyska. Welcome to enjoy the tranquility of our residential neighborhood. There are 4 beds and you will arrive to find the beds already made. You live in your own cottage in our garden with a patio in the evening sun. It is self-check-in with a key that is in a key cabinet with a code. You can park your car in front of the garage and there is the possibility to charge your electric car. The accommodation is about 5 km from the center.
