The cottage is also a perfect base for day trips in Värmland and on the scenic Värmlandsnäs. A place for both relaxation and experiences by the lake.

The proximity to the popular lake Ömmeln lake means that you can see the lake from all the bedrooms in the house. The house is built with harmony in mind, for relaxation and for socializing. Private beach and wood-fired hot tub are available for swimming. If you want to go out and explore the lake, there are two canoes. On the sun deck, you can enjoy long summer evenings with food and drinks.

In winter, you are close to the Åmål ski center and in just about 1 hour you can reach the Sunne Ski Center. Around Säffle you will find great grocery stores, Systembolaget, pharmacies, cafés etc.

Welcome to peaceful Råtorp. Located about 3 km from Karlstad city center. The residence is located on the ground floor with its own entrance. 160 cm bed and a sofa bed with two seats each. Bus stop is 1-2 minutes' walk from the accommodation that takes you into town in 7 minutes. The bus line also goes all the way up to Karlstad University. With a 15-minute walk across the new bridge, you can easily get to Löfberg's purple arena. The property has a free parking space and Wi-Fi.

Färjestads B&B is a Bed and Breakfast in Karlstad within walking distance of Löfbergs Arena and Färjestadstravet and approximately 3,5 km from the city centre. Free parking is avaliable in the street near to the B&B entrance. Charging for an electric car can be borrowed at cost price so you can wake up with a fully charged car. Free WiFi, large garden with many seating options, bicycles avaliable to borrow. A total of four beds and a cot are avaliable.

Newly built villa 2022 of 140 sqm with two bedrooms and up to 6 beds but upon request we can solve up to 12 places. Large garden with a patio, barbecue and heated jacuzzi. Right next to the house is Knappstadsviken nature reserve which offers beautiful hiking trails with barbecue areas and lookout towers. If you have an electric car, you have access to an electric car charger. Close to town in Karlstad (about 5 km). There is a bus stop nearby.

Welcome to enjoy the tranquility of our residential neighborhood. There are 4 beds and you will arrive to ready-made beds. You will stay in your own cottage in our garden with a patio in the evening sun. There is self check-in with a key that is in the key cabinet with a code. You park the car in front of the garage and there is the possibility to charge your electric car. The accommodation is located about 5 km from the city center.

Semi-detached house by Lake Vänern, Apartment 2 – Fishing, peace, and quiet

Welcome to this modern semi-detached house. Here you live just 100 meters from the shore of Lake Vänern in a scenic environment. Enjoy swimming, fishing and forest walks right at your doorstep. A smaller boat harbor is available with a launch ramp for guests with their own boat. Bed linens and towels are not included, but can be rented for an additional fee. Likewise, late check-out if desired.
