The location is perfect for exploring the old town and the new. Beautiful apartment with comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. We met Alvaro and family at checkin for a thorough handover, they provided recommendations for places to visit and eat, which we tried and they didn't disappoint. Would love to visit again and would recommend the apartment to friends and family. Thank you Alvaro, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Det er et dejligt område, det ligger i et boligkvarter, så man møder mange lokale. Det er absolut ikke et område for gangbesværede, men meget charmerende. Marlena og Gøran er meget søde og hjælpsomme.

Wij hebben twee geweldige weken gehad in Cullera en appartement was fantastisch. Super mooi uitzicht, rustig, van alles voorzien en ochtendzon. Je hebt wel absoluut een auto nodig om bij het appartement te komen en kunt daar prima parkeren. Je rijdt de berg af en bent gelijk bij een heel mooi strand en met vijf minuten ben je bij de Consum supermarkt. Het is vijftien minuten naar het station in Cullera, waar er elk half uur een trein naar Valencia gaat. Het openbaar vervoer is zowat gratis, daar kun je niet zelf tegen rijden. Er loopt een hele mooie wandelroute van zo'n 14 km achter langs het appartement over de berg en deze komt ook langs het kasteel in Cullera. Onderaan de berg links en dan 10 minuten lopen zitten de restaurants Benavent en Mare e Monti, in Cullera centrum zit Desi en verder naar zuiden bij de rivier zit Casa Salvador. Vicente en Gonzalo, nogmaals bedankt en misschien tot ziens.

I absolutely loved my stay here! Waking up to the sound of ocean waves and walking the beach every morning was glorious. Super clean, spacious, peaceful, loved the balcony and views! I can’t wait to return!

Ponyt w Guardamar de la Safor był wspaniały. Wyjeżdżając, całą rodziną mieliśmy łzy w oczach. spędziliśmy tu piękny miesiąc. Apartament miał obłędny widok na morze. niczego nam nie brakowało. Czuliśmy się jak w domu. Internet działał swietnie i służył nam również do pracy. Komunikacja z gospodarzami na najwyższym poziomie. Okolica idealna do spacerowania. Niesamowite wschody słońca z balkonu. Polecam z całego serca!

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

Muy bien todo!! Apartamento espacioso, bonito y comodo, a minutos de la playa. La terraza es genial. La comunicacion con los anfitriones de 10, ayudandonos en todo momento, y nos dieron un monton de recomendaciones.

El apartamento Baupres luxury es una fantástica opción para visitar Calpe. Sus vistas son un auténtico lujo. El apartamento está provisto de todo lo necesario para una estancia inmejorable. La situación en pleno paseo marítimo es excelente. Nuestra anfitriona se portó de lujo a nuestra llegada, y la comunicación con ella fue fabulosa. Muchas gracias por todo...!!!

Estuvimos en este alojamiento el fin de semana antes de San Juan con familia y fue una experiencia muy agradable. La casa está muy bien equipada y se rodea de tranquilidad. Además, Tere es una anfitriona espectacular que hace todo lo posible por facilitar las cosas a sus invitados y, la verdad, es que nos gustó muchísimo, porque cumplió con creces nuestras expectativas.Sin duda, lo recomendaría a otras personas interesadas!

El apartamento es precioso, las vistas al mar son increíbles, muy limpio. Con todo lujo de detalles. David encantador, disponible en todo momento, rápido a la hora de responder. La zona ideal para desconectar, descansar y disfrutar del baño en el mar. Muy muy recomendable!😊

Nos alojamos en este piso durante 4 días y la experiencia fue inmejorable. Desde el primer momento, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue clara, rápida y muy amable. Nos recibieron con todo preparado. El piso está impecablemente limpio, decorado con muy buen gusto y equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda: cocina completa, camas confortables, buena presión de agua en la ducha, Wi-Fi rápido y aire acondicionado que funcionaba perfectamente. Además, todo estaba tal como se muestra en las fotos (¡o incluso mejor!). La ubicación es excelente. Nos sentimos muy seguros y a gusto en todo momento. Sin duda, recomendaría este alojamiento a cualquiera que visite Gandía. Si volvemos, repetiremos sin pensarlo. ¡Gracias por todo!

This is a beautiful apartment very close to the beach. There are amazing views of the sea from the living area, terrace and main bedroom. Angelo was punctual and helpful at check-in and everywhere was super clean. Excellent communication with the hosts and some minor issues were dealt with promptly. We had a car and drove into central Altea every day, but I'm guessing it's about a 25 minute walk. There is a very good supermarket close by and a few restaurants. We will be back!

We spent a fantastic week in Juan Carlos' place and were super-chilled in this comfortable, well-equipped apartment. The roof terrace is an amazing space, with wonderful views over the sea and the mountains. The beach is a few steps away and, off-season at least, really quiet and perfect for long walks along the shore. Oliva Nova is a tranquil enclave - just what we were looking for.

Todo perfecto! Mejor imposible, el apartamento perfecto, el orden, la limpieza, los muebles, las comodidades... La ubicación merece un 10... Belén nos recibió en la puerta, muy amable, nos llenó de atenciones y consejos útiles, super disponible siempre, espero volver pronto porq fue sentirse en casa. Super recomendable 💪

Wir waren eine Woche vor Ort und absolut glücklich so eine schöne Wohnung gefunden zu haben. Ich hätte am liebsten den ganzen Tag auf dem Balkon verbracht und die Aussicht genossen. Die Wohnung ist geräumt und gemütlich. Lediglich die Küchenausstattung könnte zum kochen etwas besser sein. Der Gastgeber und seine Familie waren super freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Lovely apartment on the sea front in Altea. Stunning views of the sea and beach area. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was decorated beautifully. The balcony was large so we felt we had plenty of room. The location is great, a couple of mins walk to the team and less than 10 mins to the pretty old town. There is parking all along the beach front, you can't guarantee a space right away but we usually found one within a few mins.

Der Aufenthalt war super schön. Daiana war sehr nett zu uns und hat schon vor dem Aufenthalt ein Dossier geschickt was sehr hilfreich war zum Beispiel für Busfahrten oder Taxi. Zudem antwortet sie sehr schnell und beantwortet auch fragen zur Umgebung und anderen Kleinigkeiten. Der Weg nach Valencia ist dank der Buslinie im Ort sehr gut und ohne umstiege. Die gut ausgestattete Küche kann man sehr gut nutzen um auch mal selber zu kochen. Die Lage am Strand is super man hört das Meer rauschen und kann schöne Spaziergänge an der Promenade machen. Im großen ganzen ist die Unterkunft perfekt für einen Urlaub zu zweit. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen vielleicht mal wieder.😁☺️

Très bel appartement terrasse où nous avons passé tout le mois de Mai. Le logement est impeccable, moderne, très bien situé et bien équipé. Il est au pied de la magnifique plage San Antonio de Cullera et la vue de la terrasse est superbe. Eduardo a été très réactif et a répondu de façon positive à nos exigences personnelles (cafetière filtre et bouilloire). La salle de bain est petite mais fonctionnelle et le logement dans son ensemble est parfait pour 2 personnes. Bon rapport qualité/prix , bien qu’un peu cher par rapport aux agences locales car malgré la très belle rénovation, l’appartement reste sonore ( immeuble des années 60-70 ). Nous sommes des fidèles de Cullera depuis 25 ans et c’est la 1ère fois dans un appartement si beau 🤩

Five stars! Saleem was a fantastic & kind host, and the beachfront residence was very private. The views of the Mediterranean were absolutely breathtaking, and we especially loved relaxing under the beautiful glass pergola. Finding sea glass along the shore was a fun bonus. Highly recommend!
