You will not have to share it with other persons. From June 2025: Now with a private parking spot in a flat area, about 250m from the house. Wifi internet in all the house. A magnificent place with a superb view over the sea. In a locality known for banana trees plantation. Very quiet and pleasant you can find the beaches within 5min and all the other services you need. Perfect for resting and recuperating energies during your visits to the island. Near the house you will find a levada walk with great view over the fabulous mountainous landscapes of the west. The house is full of sunshine, natural light and good energy for you. Jacuzzi (extra fee 40€)

The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

Eni's House

The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and lovingly decorated, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. With the aim of maintaining its historical value,in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen living room. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and lounging area.

FINCA BENGTSON: Family plantation of avocados/bananas on a protected area. Shared Heated Pool (25ºC) with only another unit, 972 m2 garden, terrace & pool area. Parking 167 m2. This is a brand-new ATTIC, with its own private entrance. Spectacular 360º views from its 48 m2 private terrace. Large loft ideal for 2, but additionally has also a mezzanine with double bed. It has the quietness of a country house, but being on the coast, 5 minutes driving to town centre.

Riad Al Nassim is a unique rural house, in a rustic-Moroccan style, located in the charming village of Yé, at the foot of the Corona Volcano and surrounded by vineyards cultivated on volcanic ash. It has three spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a cozy living room decorated with handcrafted furniture, Moroccan tiles and Arabic-inspired tiles. If it is not available or if you wish, you can also consult Riad Miqtaar, in the same area and of a similar style.
