Great apartment, spotlessly clean . Milla was an excellent host . Always at the end of a phone . Had an issue with the toilet and this was sorted straight away . Apartment has everything that you need .

A cozy apartment with an unbeatable location: a panoramic view to the Mediterranean with a beautiful beach literally across the street and many restaurants and shopping centers close by. Roni and Shimon were friendly and very responsive.

Our family have just got back from a 2 week holiday and we had a fantastic time! The apartment is beautiful and has absolutely everything you need! It was very clean and Natalya was very responsive with her messages. Thank you once again!

The front desk was very nice, upgraded to the family room 220, super large, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and there is a super large balcony, the curtains are the sea; the location is good, there are many restaurants nearby, there are many nearby restaurants, and you can use the two sandy beaches next to the side alley for free (but the car space is tight); there is a bathroom in the morning, and the bar downstairs is overly lively at one or two o'clock in the morning, other times are good

The check in was easy and the apartment is really well-located, nice and clean with a wonderful sea-view. Unfortunately, the A/C was not working but we were offered another apartament instead. This was very accommodating. Thank you so much ☺️

Lovely apartment. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds. Sofa not as comfy but ok! Peaceful location. We managed without a car; taxis were easy and cheap and we didn’t want to explore the whole island. But one downside was taxis don’t seem to go into the complex; from the airport we got dropped at the exit and it was a STEEP climb to the apartment which was hard for my sister. We realised the route from the entrance was much easier as was the walk to the pool near the entrance! Natallia and Julia were very helpful and communicated promptly. If you want a treat, try the Altamira chill out followed by dinner at La Torres del Mirador; perfect last evening.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Its simply perfect and here is what stood out: Place: ultra modern fully equipped, spacious with 24/7 electricity and hot water, heating and A/C in every room. And I do mean 24/7 full supply. The place also has plates, cutlery, salt, tea, sugar, iron board, kettle, coffee machine, anything you could think of that will resemble what you have in your home plus more. Location: within walking distance to high street Broummana and obviously a minute drive, with underground gated parking plus on grade parking by the entrance. I travelled with my 90+ year old dad so that was very handy. Basement lift will take you right to your apartment door and it’s a couple of steps away from the parking lot. Host: Elie is a fantastic host, he checked on us in persons several times and anything we wanted was a few minutes away. Elie is also supported by his team who are extra responsive almost on the spot. Definitely coming back

Great view of the sea and the park/cliff from the living room and the terrace. well-equipped and pleasant apartment. a little sporty to bring luggage up to the stairs;-) also note that parking spaces are limited probably depending on the period (a little complicated during the Easter holidays). good exchanges with Nicoletta including tips for outings and restaurants.

As a family of four adults, we stayed at the flat for 2 nights. The flat corresponded to the description and it was clean and in a high standard building. The location in the heart of Jaffa is of a walking distance to the markets, restaurants, bar and the beach. As Israelis, we had to add the VAT which made the whole deal a little bit more expensive for us. All together it was a good experience .The location and the flat with the nice terrace can be recommended without any doubt.

Ali is a great host, very flexible and relaxed in communication, the apartment is beautiful with views of the Nile and the city with temple. Gladly again :)

Brilliant apartment close to the beach promenade with many restaurants and supermarket open daily until 9:30 pm across the street. The sparkling clean underground car park in the center of the city was worth gold for the rental car. Two elevators lead directly to the living level, where the apartment can be opened keylessly with the code sent after the online check-in. Great amenities with large fridge and three drawers freezer. Good washing machine and narrow dishwasher. Independent controllable air conditioning in all rooms, large SmartTV in the living room and another two small ones in the bedrooms and top Wi-Fi with high bandwidth. Beautiful balcony completely separated from the neighbors, quiet courtyard with light-tight roller shutter of the bedrooms. Spacious bathrooms with two washbasins and floor-level luxury shower. Simply great for a family of four with a rental car even with EAuto, because in the underground car park there are 8 wall boxes and rental bikes. Perfect!

Amazing host, Laila was able to answer all my questions and was very clear of everything. The place was clean spacious and was in a perfect location in Amman (Abdoun Area) which is unbeatable and in the middle of everything in Amman. I’ll definitely book with Laila again the next time I’m ever back in Amman.

The apartment and complex are nice, there are some good restaurants and beaches nearby, and Elena was always extremely quick with anything I needed help with.

Excellent hosting! Khaled communicated very well even before our arrival to give us useful information to find the accommodation. He was there to welcome us on site, we did the tour together and talked about local shops and useful addresses. The place is very clean and the bedding very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and secure. We slept well. Thanks to his wife for her help with the operation of the washing machine. You can book without a second thought.

This was my 4th stay here and I’ve booked a 5th later in the year. Ahmed is always cheerful, helpful and resolves any issues (there are very few and very minor!) quickly. The apartment is well equipped, spacious and light. Great location, near the marina, Sheraton and supermarkets and it was easy to arrange food deliveries. El Sakia beach on the doorstep is nice and the staff are really friendly and helpful too. Thanks Ahmed for being a wonderful host again ❤️

We just left and can't wait to go back. Our stay at Moussa Residence was simply wonderful. We felt very welcome from the start. The whole team has been incredibly kind to us: they recommended beautiful places to visit, great local restaurants and helped us a lot to better plan our days. We want to especially thank Mariam, the receptionist, for her kindness, sympathy and for always being willing to help us with a smile. Also to the manager Nabih, very polite and attentive, and to the cleaning girls, especially Rajae, for their kind and professional treatment. 11 days have flown by because of how much fun we've had. We will definitely be back and will not stop recommending this special place. Thank you for everything 💛

I love staying here. The view was great. Balcony was peaceful. ac nice. wifi + It was walking distance to downtown. There were many places to go near by We found a couple egyptian restaurants downtown that were wonderful. gad one of them I recommend the hamam if you have time for the preparation

An amazing stay. Very good value for money. I never worked out the TV or the washing machine but everyhting else was self explantory.

The apartment is as clean as it is in the picture , and the brother Rami is cooperative and connected with me until arrival . The area is very quiet and worth repeating the experience .
