Beachfront holiday rentals in Sail Bay

Location, location, location. Michael’s home is where you want to be. Less than a block to the bay and a short beautiful block to walk to the ocean. The beds were so comfortable after a long day at the beach. The showers were great and never ran out of hot water. As a family of six, we found the space spacious yet homey. It was our first time to San Diego and we hope to stay here again, hopefully for two weeks next time. Thank you, Michael!

Had a local stay here at Chung's home and definitely met all my expectations. Able to have my wife have her birthday getaway with family and of course the grandkids. Only caveat is having to leave. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Tamara’s place was the best decision we made for the trip. Everything we planned was 20+ mins away but well worth to get away from the hustle and bustle after a full day of activities. Very clean, spacious yet cozy and relaxing with the sound of the ocean just steps away from you. Tamara is also very responsive, accommodating and kind. If we can’t book here, we will 100% adjust our plans so we can come back. :)

Jose Luis has a great place for guests to stay. It is secure and provides a great view of the Playas de Tijuana. It is in a very convenient location and secure parking.

unit is very clean. offers plenty of beach toys and such. centrally located two small shopping and restaurant district. easy 1 mile walk to La Jolla cove.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was stunning, with ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again. Fabulous location overlooking the San Diego Bay. Steps from the beach, and endless activities. Justin’s apartment is nicely stocked from the kitchen, to bedrooms, and the balcony is superb. You can’t go wrong with this rare find! Justin is an outstanding host.

The apartment was so close to all the restaurants and easy to get to anywhere within around 15 minutes drive. Tina was an amazing host and on hand to answer any questions.

my daughter and I stayed at Susie and Britt's poolhouse for 6 nights when we were in the San Diego area for a wedding. At first we thought we would look for a beach rental but then heard that it can be foggy on the coast during May and June and going 5 miles inland can make a big difference with weather. we looked in Rancho Sante Fe because that we where the wedding venue was located and we really hit the jackpot! Everything is just as described- very relaxing times in the jacuzzi and by the fire pit in the evenings. The travel to the surrounding SanDiego sights was super easy. Highly recommend this rental!!!

Such an amazing place! My husband and I have been meeting up with our friends for 6 years now and this is the first time a kid has joined us. My son loved the beach and it was so nice to be so close and to have our own space but to also be able to walk to restaurants and things around. Kiran was so kind and was able to answer any questions we had very quick. We’ve already talked about going again!!

Awesome place on the beach! Being able to open the screen doors to feel the breeze and hear the ocean made us excited to come back from exploring the area. Easy to get to the car in/out when needed. Beach access directly at the bottom of the apartment, using all the provided beach accessories Nick provided in the well equipped apartment. Plenty of bars and restaurants walkable, or even stores to grab a bottle of wine to stay in. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely book again for our next San Diego trip.

Our family had a wonderful time , from amazing views wonderful sunrises and sunsets such a beautiful place with so much room and space for everyone to spend around the home it was wonderful but the Master Bedroom restroom was beyond our expectations! We loved everything about this home can’t wait to come back again 😊! Felt so safe and secure being a gated community with guards at the gate can’t get any better than that !

Georgie’s airbnb is beautiful and in a great location in Ocean Beach. There’s plenty to do nearby and easy to walk to. We had some trouble sleeping due to noise from airplanes, but this has less to do with Georgie’s Airbnb specifically and more to do with the proximity to the airport.

The perfect spot on Mission Beach! Far enough away from the boardwalk to have a quieter, calmer beach experience but close enough to walk and visit with the kids. The beach itself is maybe a minute walk out the garage door. The local dining options were fantastic. Checking in was a few steps more than most places but Jay gave easy, clear to follow instructions so we had no issues. Will definitely be sending this listing to friends and family!

Fabiola’s place should get 11 stars out of 10. It’s comfortable, quiet and everything is top quality. We did a ton of walking all along the bay and even all the way to the ocean. It was just perfect.

Wonderful location for San Diego! Love Mission Beach and this place is just a few steps away for beautiful and fun beach activities, restaurants, and Belmont Park. A great home away from home for our 10 day visit. Ariel was great at responding and proactive for an issues. Very happy to recommend staying here!! ☀️
