A spacious townhouse that has been renovated to a high standard comprising of a modern open plan architectural design whilst retaining many original features. It is situated in the picturesque chateau town of Rochechouart which is in the beautiful Perigord Natural park which boasts great cycling routes , hiking trails, lakes and beaches. It is in a central location within walking distance to all bars ,restaurants and shops. The nearest main supermarkets are a 2 minute drive away.

Bed linen and towels are provided (However, I don’t iron the sheets … but they will be clean and sun-dried ✨) The courtyard is perfect for outdoor dining, and the terrace is sunlit. Shops are within walking distance. The house spans three floors with spacious living areas. Ideal for a family vacation or a getaway with friends.

If you are looking for a small secluded corner in the countryside, very fresh with its stone walls of 80 cm, here is a cottage equipped for 2, 4 or even 6 people in a quiet little village in Limousin. Step-free and adjoining our house, fenced garden. From October 1 to May 1, a flat fee of €15 per night is required for electricity consumption, to be paid upon arrival. Check-in hours after 5pm and check out hours before 10am. However, we remain flexible on these schedules.

Located in the countryside, in a wooded area, the cabin is 3 minutes from all amenities (bakery, organic grocery store, supermarkets, frozen food store...) and 3 minutes from the heart of Saint-Junien, (weekly market on Saturday morning, covered halls, bars, restaurants, doctors, hospital...). It is also 10 minutes from the Oradour-sur-Glane Memorial Centre and 20 minutes from Limoges, City of Arts and Fire, famous for its porcelain.

Composed of 1 bright living room with equipped open kitchen, 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed in a quiet area and a bathroom with toilet. Upon arrival, the bed will be made with towels available. Self check in possible with key box.
