The new, fully equipped villa is situated in a tranquil location on the shore of the clear and pristine Lake Kuolimo. It is the perfect place to escape from everyday life and enjoy nature. The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

Villa Huvikumpu. - Maalaisromantiikkaa lähellä kaupunkia 1930-luvulla valmistuneessa pikkutalossa. Talo on lähes satavuotias, eikä ole luksuskohde, mutta tarjolla hyvät ja rauhalliset yöunet. Rauhallinen vanha asuinalue, jossa paljon pieniä puutaloja. Lapset tervetulleita. Lapsille löytyy syöttötuoli, matkasänky, potta ja leluja. Eläimet ovat tervetulleita. Sijainti EI OLE keskustassa. Lappeenrannan keskustaan on 4 kilometria. Linja-autopysäkki lähellä, sekä hyvä pyörätie keskustaan.

This wonderful lakeside log cabin is located 25 km north from Mikkeli. The cabin, finished in 2014, invites you to relax and enjoy the tranquility and beauty of Finnish nature. It's cosy and decorated with high-class natural materials and comfortable furnishings and is fully equipped with a modern, compact open plan kitchen, two bedrooms, each with 160 cm x 200 cm beds, loft room with a king size bed, an inviting living room and dining area, bathroom, sauna, separate toilet and a terrace.

Расположение коттеджа уникально тем, что с одной стороны вы чувствуете полную свободу и уединение, с другой стороны мы всегда рядом и готовы помочь и пообщаться, если у вас будет желание. The midcentury farmhouse is very much in it's original glory with only the basic modern amenities added for comfort like hot water supply, AC and WIFI. Here it's possible to experience the Finnish sauna, watch the stars at night and wake up to the chirping of birds in the morning and go hiking in the nature or take a bicycle ride to the town of Loviisa.
