Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

In the heart of the village of Vassieux-en-Vercors, close to all amenities (bakery, grocery store, restaurants, tobacco shop, etc.), we offer a beautiful apartment in an old hotel. You will have easy access to the various activities offered by the surroundings such as sled dogs and skiing, with the resorts of Font d'Urle and Col de Rousset nearby (10 minutes). The accommodation is on the second floor of our house, but independent and includes all the comforts you need.

The property features a private terrace and a large park shared with the residents of the property. In summer, you can enjoy the comfort of air conditioning and garden furniture. If you come as a family with your baby, we have all the necessary equipment (crib, bathtub, play mat, baby bouncer, etc.). It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.
