The accommodation is on one level, a few steps from our house, with a separate entrance and including all the necessary comforts. Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Located at the foot of the Vercors cliffs between the village and the ski resort (winter return ski-in/ski-out ) . We welcome you to our independent studio (25 m2). It is equipped with a kitchenette, a "cocooning" area with sofa bed, a space with double bed, a separate bathroom (shower and toilet) and a private outdoor area. Quietly located, 10 min walk to the city center and the start of many hikes, the cottage is also 30 min to the Font d'Urle family ski area. Athletes, walkers, city dwellers, children, parents, seniors, French speakers or not, all are welcome!

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.

Small apartment located in Monestier de Clermont, composed of a large kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. ideal for a couple with children. Independent from the rest of the house, we will be happy to welcome you for a night, a weekend, a week! Located 15 minutes from Lac Monteynard and Gresse en Vercors. We live at the rental location with our two children.

Very quiet environment, very nice view, many hikes (Himalayan walkways) and water activities in season. We speak English (a little bit).

Studio entirely made by us, which is located on the ground floor of our house. It is completely independent and you will have your own entrance. In summer you will appreciate being able to enjoy the courtyard which is for your exclusive use. And in winter, you can hibernate at the foot of the stove!
